Schmitten is located on a sun terrace above the Landwasser viaduct, the symbol of the Rhaetian Railway, in "Park Ela" Switzerland's largest natural park with unlimited leisure opportunities.

Our homely and fully equipped 4.5 room apartment with 82m2 in the chalet apartment house is located in a central and sunny location above the Volg with a magnificent 180° mountain panorama. The apartment is ideally suited for 1 or 2 families up to a total of 6 persons plus 2 babies/infants. The ski bus stops every 30 minutes in the immediate vicinity (250 M) and takes you comfortably to the valley station. Underground parking, outdoor parking, dishwasher and fireplace are included.

A small but cozy apartment in the center of Savognin. A short walk from the ski lifts, the swimming pond and shops and restaurants. Modern, super nice and practically furnished. From 2 (1 double bed) to 6 people (2x sofa beds - 1 in a mini room and 1 in the living room) we use this vacation apartment as a family of 4 with young children at the time. In the meantime, we have adapted the sleeping arrangements to young adults or adults. The dining table is also extendable. The bathroom is equipped with a rain shower and a washing tower. A modern kitchen and a garage space are included.

My place offers a good starting point for various activities for hikers, boulderers, bikers, families or people looking for relaxation and wellness. In 2 minutes' walk you are in the village center and thus by public transport. You'll love my place because of the quiet location with the direct, beautiful view of the Hinterrhein and the mountain landscape. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families with 2 kids.
