House holiday rentals in Maltepe

There were only two issues that would not be a problem with the house. It can be said that there is 1 toilet and the pool cannot be heated enough. But other than that, the house was perfect and very clean. A place I would choose again, and I would definitely come

everything clean and nice, Furkan great host . the apartment very good, luxurious, Furkan the right person ,trustworthy, he interested in his job. the apartment spacious for 4-5 people but no more, as I stayed there one day and then we found a larger apartment for 7 people.

our family of 4 stayed here for 5 nights, check in was easy and Fatih was quick with communication, and very helpful with information. The apartment is as described and the photos were accurate. It was very clean and easy to stay in. We had 2 adults in the bedroom and 2 children on the pull out sofa. The washing machine and dishwasher was handy. The pool was fantastic. The location is good with afew eateries and supermarkets close by. Its abit of a trek up a steep hill to get to Taksim / Istikal Street, but you expect that in Turkey. We used the buses and they were easy to access and use. We loved our stay in this beautiful city. Thankyou Fatih!

Great apartment and great hosts. They let us check in very late and also kept our bags for us at their office after we checked in so that we could ride our bikes without hassle

It was a night there and It was ok. The only thing is that location is not close to anything visitable. But, If you are not for tourism it is more than ok.

The house was really tidy and the design was very nice. It was very clean and hygienic. We had no trouble checking in. The host had given the necessary instructions without checking in and we were able to check in quickly. Being in the residence was also important in terms of safety and having indoor parking. Only because there was new construction around it, the wayways were broken. While we saw that these roads were open when using the navigation, some of the roads were closed. But you can easily come from the highway with a direct connection. Apart from that, the terrace is beautiful, but the sound of the city can be heard, while the glass and balcony door are open, apart from that, when the windows are closed, there is no noise in the house. We were satisfied. Thank you to the host.

I loved this airbnb! The airbnb actually was bigger than it looked in the photos. Its very sunny and its lovely to hang out out. Both rooms where comfortable and cozy. Getting there was easy and its a very calm area.

Amazing late night staff and super cozy home

Mrs. Seda's smiling face is unforgettable. Everything was very organized and we were very comfortable. The environment was reassuring and we were in one of the most beautiful places in Kadıköy. There are great places where you can walk out and eat even at 4 a.m. The apartment was almost magical, frankly we didn't want to leave! Mr. 😂 Haldun was also a very respectful, gentleman and extremely modest person. Thank you so much for everything. Those who don't stay here are really missing out!

It was a very nice house, although there were a few shortcomings, the host can make the stay perfect by providing very quick solutions to your problems. The interior was very tidy and clean and also very simple and tidy. They're also very flexible with check-in and checkout times

I loved staying here. The house was nice and quiet and comfortable. The location was great and the neighbourhood had everything you could need. The host was great in communication. It would be nice if there were slightly more amenities like more toilet paper or a coffee maker. It was very nice to be able to use the washing machine. Overall i would give this place 5 stars and i would stay here again. Definitely reccomend.
