Beachfront holiday rental in Malvarrosa beach

Questa casa è più bella che nelle foto, ha una doppia esposizione sul mare con il terrazzo davanti e sulla città con il terrazzo dietro che danno alla casa un’atmosfera incredibile, la camera da letto principale è decisamente WOW, il tempo passato in casa è stato rilassante e tutto è curato nei minimi dettagli, Ines ci ha fatto un’introduzione a cosa fare e cosa vedere molto accurata e ci ha permesso di godere a pieno dei giorni di vacanza, ci ha anche mandato una mail dettagliatissima con tutti i suggerimenti dei locali e consigli sui mezzi per spostarsi. La casa è a due minuti a piedi dal mare e dal lungomare dove ci sono ristoranti molto buoni, noi avevamo affittato una macchina e abbiamo goduto del mare pur spostandoci ogni giorno a València centro o Las Artes. Consiglio vivamente soprattutto a coppie o con figli di età media data la doppia camera e l’area tranquilla dove esplorare in autonomia!

My family (3 young kids included) and I absolutely LOVED this place. It was super close to the beach and had everything we needed to cook, relax, and have a good time! The hosts were amazing and super nice. We felt truly at home. I HIGHLY recommend this home to anyone looking for a place in Valencia!

Esther est une super hôte très réactive, l’appartement est très bien placé proche de la plage et des commerces. La piscine est top, le logement ainsi que la résidence bien entretenu et propre. Gros avantage est la place de parking en sous-sol et le calme du quartier. Nous recommandons vivement.

Prachtig schoon en compleet appartement! Fantastisch uitzicht!! Alles wat je nodig bent is aanwezig! Meer dan complete keuken ingericht. Het appartement is klein maar waanzinnig praktisch ingericht! Mijn zoon en ik hebben een fantastische tijd gehad!! Groet Lars en Marieke

Fantastic location for the beach, and very easy to get into town. The flat is spacious and has a great communal space. Inés was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful.

The marina is a great location for the beach and many bars and restaurants and a short taxi ride away to the central of Valencia. We stayed on the boat for three nights and had a lovely time. The boat is fairly small inside but had everything you would need for a comfortable stay.

Het appartement van Carlos is perfect om een city trip en strand vakantie te combineren. De keuken is zeer geschikt om zelf te koken. En ook voor de kinderen is er speelgoed aanwezig en ook leuke dingen voor op strand. En wasmachine en droger is perfect om na het strand alles weer schoon en droog te krijgen voor de volgende dag. Carlos bedankt voor de goede zorgen we hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad!

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, die ich jeden weiter empfehlen kann. Direkte Lage am Strand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gleich um die Ecke, ca. 300m Fußweg. Der Strand ist sehr sauber.

This is the 2nd property of Loly’s we booked in a span of 2 weeks and it is exactly as described in the listing. The home is in very close proximity (5min walk) to the beach, fitness center, bus stops, super market and many nice cafés/restaurants along the beach. The apartment on the 3rd floor is stunning and spacious with a beautiful balcony and having views of the ocean from different rooms. The kitchen is very well equipped and great for a group staying for a longer duration as well. Host, Loly is very prompt with her communication, helpful and provides good guidance. And a special mention to her local friend Lara who was super helpful and prompt with sightseeing and restaurant selections

We spent four days in this lovely apartment, and had a great time. Just in front of the beach, well equipped. There are a lot of nice restaurants around and we did not need yo rent a car. I definitely recommend and hope to come back.

My stay at this beautiful apartment was absolutely perfect. The stunning sea view made every morning a dream, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The host Carlos and his daughter were incredibly helpful, always responsive to any questions, and made sure everything was just right. I would come back anytime and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic stay!

Hemos pasado un fin de semana de amigas maravilloso, al entrar en en apartamento nos encantó todo, la casa tal cual en el anuncio, súper limpia, muchos detalles por parte de Johana! Que no revelaremos para que se sorprendas los siguientes clientes.. cuida muchísimo los detalles para que la estancia sea muy buena. La ubicación genial... playa, restaurantes... repetiremos seguro.

Muy buena estancia en el apartamento de Roberto. Ha estado pendiente tanto él como su padre de todo lo que hemos necesitado. El apartamento está estupendo, con una playa bonita y tranquila cerca, el apartamento tiene unas vistas de la costa fenomenales

Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to others, clean and modern apartment right next to Patacona beach. The flat looks better than the photos show. Great pool which wasn’t even cold in May, loads of playgrounds nearby for kids. Easy bus into town or if you’re feeling lazy like us one can get quick uber into the centre of town for only €8. Proactive host was very responsive. We would stay again, thank you!

Clean, comfortable, and the beach was across the street. The patio terrace was wide with room for a dining table for four and drying rack. Views were great. Quiet area. Can’t comment on pool since does not open until mid June but did not matter since beach was close, clean, and enjoyable. Our favorite restaurant in the area was Sorsi e Morsi which had great homemade pasta.

L’appartement est spacieux pour 2 personnes. Le calme prédomine. La mer est toute proche ainsi que les lignes de bus. Proche de Valencia centre accessible aussi par vélo. A recommander, sommes restés 5 nuits.

Parel in Pucol, wees er snel bij want dit gaat heel snel heel populair zijn. Rust, privacy, mooi, super verblijf en host is perfect. Wel een auto nodig voor de uitstappen in de buurt. Het verblijf is super lokaal en rustig, hou daar rekening mee / niet alle restaurants zijn steeds open maar met de auto op ca 18 minuten in Valencia centrum. De woning super mooi, zicht super, ontwaken en met een paar passen in zee zwemmen= magnifique. Een voltreffer. MAAR , zoals gemeld, zeker een auto nodig.

This was a great place to stay! Carmen (the host), met us to provide the key and show us around the apartment. The apartment was as advertised in the pictures, very clean and easy to get around. It’s located very close to the beach, so was only a short walk everyday back and forth. Iris (Carmens daughter) and Carmen were in constant contact to make sure we were having a good time and to help with anything we needed. Overall I highly recommend this place, if you’re looking for something close to the beach, that’s comfortable, clean and well maintained.

L'appartement d'Antonio est superbe pour un séjour à Valencia. Antonio était très sympa et accueillant, et l'appartement est juste en face de la plage.

Beautiful flat with an amazing view! The communication with the hosts was very easy and they were flexible with my late check in and check out time. The area is very beautiful, with some nice cafes and restaurants around. Will definitely book again when I’m back in Valencia ✨ Gracias Ester & Xavi

Agréable séjour. La résidence est située face à la plage. L'endroit est calme. L'appartement est très agréable, bien équipé, confortable. La résidence est sécurisée et bien entretenue. Une place de parking très utile. L'hôte est attentif et s'assure que tout soit OK. Les instructions étaient très claires. Merci à Aitor
