Traditional neighborhood with a typical food market. A 10-minute walk to the beach. Supermarkets, bike rental stores, restaurants, etc. in the surrounding area. Very well connected to the whole city with public services, bus, train, metro, tram. Free parking in the area. Parking nearby in Plaza Mercado Cabañal.
