"Son Parera" is a quiet and paceful finca at the east of Mallorca. It is located between green hills and cultivated fields. The wonderful house it's 1,5 km far from Sant Llorenç des Cardassar (village), where there are some typical shops, restaurants, supermarkets and medical Center. You can found some beaches in the township only driving 10 minutes; Sa Coma, s'Illot and Cala Millor, where it's full of sea water activities. In addition, the place it's ten minutes from the Rafael Nadal Academy.

Victoria was a spectacular host! Any questions or concerns we had was promptly handled. She made sure we were happy all throughout our stay! The accommodation is a spacious and beautifully designed city house right in the heart of a charming small town. It's even larger than it appears in the photos, with a tasteful, modern interior that perfectly blends traditional stone elements of a finca with the comfort and style of a contemporary home. The rooftop balcony offers stunning sunset views over the rooftops, and the private yard with pool is a real highlight—perfect for relaxing, hidden from the neigbours‘ view. Within walking distance, you'll find a few friendly local bars and small supermarkets, adding to the authentic, relaxed vibe of the area. All in all, our expectations were more than exceeded. We had a wonderful stay and can wholeheartedly recommend this place!

Eine tolle Unterkunft in der man ruhige Momente genießen kann. Das Haus ist top ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren mit dem Auto innerhalb von 10 min zu erreichen. Jesús war super hilfsbereit und hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben. Total lieb und sehr verlässlich. Auch eine sehr frühe Abreise war möglich. Wir waren zu viert vor Ort und habe den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Schöne Abende am Grill und mit einer traumhaften Aussicht. Besser geht es nicht!

Die gesamte Anlage mit dem Garten und Pool ist wunderschön und man sieht dass alles jeden Tag mit ganz viel Liebe gepflegt und hergerichtet wird. Eine ganz tolle ruhige und wohlige Atmosphäre umgibt die ganze Anlage und die Wohnung - fast magisch könnte man sagen! Der Kontakt war super nett und man ist uns sogar mit dem Check Out zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt entgegengekommen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall jederzeit gerne wieder kommen! 10/10 Punkte
