Impeccable everything. From the front desk to the home, wonderful surroundings and a unique view Mariana is always well predisposed and attentive. The apartment is spotless, it is not common to see these conditions in rental apartments. It is intended to live it.

The view of the apartment is unique and spectacular. We enjoyed hours on the balcony looking at the sea and Gorriti island. The apartment is spacious and very well equipped. The building's facilities such as the heated pool and gym are impeccable and the staff's attention to both cleaning and reception is very friendly. Roberto was very attentive with us for the inquiries and needs we had both before and during our stay. Highly recommended.

An all around great 10 days or so. The kitchen had more than the basics, apartment cleaning was regular, comfortable feel. Never needed a taxi to get around as the location is perfect. Laura is very responsive and also reached out to check in if I needed anything, etc.

We had a spectacular time with my family!. The apartment has everything you need for an excellent stay (my mother says that the only thing she would lack to be the ideal place is a washing machine jajaj). Super spacious and comfortable like all GreenPark apartments. The amenities and care of the cleaning staff 10/10 as always. The perfect spot to rest and get out of the routine. I recommend!!

Estadia was great. Spectacular view. Affectionate reception, with lit and aromatic candles. What we need, was answered promptly. Useful information is that there is no hair dryer, local voltage is 220v. But other utensils have all, super complete kitchen. It has ironing facilities and bed linen. We felt at home.

My experience in this home was great. The apartment was spotless and very easy entry to the complex with all the instructions indicated. Alejandra was very nice and was always available for any questions. Totally recommended!

It's the 4th year we go to the apartment so we already felt right at home. The deal with Nico is the best, he is always attentive to our arrival and needs. The truth is that it is a delight to go year after year to the depto. Graciela the lady who cleans is another person 10 points worth highlighting her treatment and the trust she generates. The depto in general terms is ideal for a family, it is super well equipped, with the best view and you can see the best sunsets. On the other hand you can do everything walking without having to move by car. Thank you very much 😊 for everything

The dpto had everything you need for an optimal stay. We went as a family (6 in total) and we were comfortable. Pablo the host a 10 always aware and even allowed us to retire later in order to travel quietly. The re building near the beach and with many amenities to take advantage, beautiful patio, indoor and outdoor heated battery and children's playroom. Super friendly staff and everything is always clean. Hopefully we can come back soon. Regards and thank you!!

The place of Tomás is exactly like the pictures. Very cozy and complete. The condominium is very quiet and organized. The mucama service was impeccable! Although it is not so well located, by car everything is very quiet to go. I would definitely go back.

The apartment is fantastic, very well equipped. We felt as if some friends had lent us their home. The crockery and the quality of the decoration is excellent. The view of the sunsets at the sea is unforgettable. Mario (manager) and the cleaning women are super friendly and looked after us like kings. The best place in Punta del Este. We will be back next year.
