It is a new building and apartment, with a modern style and all amenities. Everything is always clean. I personally liked the location, but it's worth remembering that it's in Maldonado and not downtown Punta del Este. I'd definitely come back.

The images and descriptions correspond to the location. Região is beautiful and safe. A lot can be done by walking.

The apartment is very well located, close to the port and the center of the peninsula, everything can be done on foot. The view is beautiful! The building is very quiet and the people receptive. The apartment is very well equipped and accommodates very well 5 or 6 people. Juliana was very attentive, always responded quickly to sent messages, very willingly. Estadia was great. Spectacular view. Affectionate reception, with lit and aromatic candles. What we need, was answered promptly. Useful information is that there is no hair dryer, local voltage is 220v. But other utensils have all, super complete kitchen. It has ironing facilities and bed linen. We felt at home.
