Bungalow holiday rentals in Manatee County

Had an excellent stay here! Had more amenities than described. We planned on buying things for the beach, but we had a whole beach wagon full of stuff for each bungalow. Spent hours on the lagoon with the kayaks! Very quiet and relaxing stay.

This was a great find and will become a staple for our weekend getaways to the beach. This place was beautiful. We spent the first hour after our arrival just walking around taking in the beauty of the grounds. Beautiful landscaping and lighting made us feel like we were back in the keys. The room was perfectly clean and so peaceful. It made us want to abandon city life and relocate to this bungalow. We brought our one year old with us. I selected for there to be baby items when I booked the place but honestly didn’t have much hope it would actually be there on arrival. We couldn’t find our own pack and play when we left our home so we were planning to all squeeze into the bed together. We were pleasantly surprised to find a pack and play, high chair and eating utensils set up for us in the room. Our host, Kyle, was very responsive and helpful. Very friendly interactions and set us up for success. We will definitely be back!

Kyle’s place was exactly what we were looking for. Everything was as pictured. The place was clean and had everything we needed for our stay and more. We loved the pool. We were provided with plenty of beach towels and a beach cart with anything you would need. The location was perfect. It was close to everything. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking to visit Siesta Key.

Amanda was an amazing host—communication was fast, clear, and super helpful throughout our stay. The place itself was spotless and exactly as described. The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything and just a short walk to the beach. One of our favorite parts of the stay was the pool. It was beautifully maintained and peaceful. The provided beach gear—chairs, umbrellas, and a beach cart—was such a thoughtful touch. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely be booking with Amanda again. Highly recommend!

Kyle's place was great. It was the perfect little bungalow to get away for a kid free vacation. Close to so many things on Siesta Key, but also far enough away from the hustle and bustle right by the main beach.

Great place to stay and very clean.

This place is exactly as advertised. The location was particularly nice because it is a two minute walk to one of the nicest beaches in Holmes Beach and within a very short drive to everything in Anna Maria Island. Place was extremely clean and well kept. The added benefit of beach supplies (chairs, umbrellas, kick boards, coolers, etc) pprovided by the owner was amazing. Everything you needed for a comfortable day at the beach was at our disposal. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a great price on a rental in Holmes Beach.

This place was better than expected. The location was fabulous! Very short, easy walk to the beach. Restaurants and shopping are super close. The backyard was almost full sun all day! The beds and bedding were quite comfortable. Could’ve used some more beach towels, but there was a washer and dryer for our use. The lighting is a bit dim in the bedrooms and bathrooms. We would’ve loved to have had bikes to use. The house is gorgeous and looks just like the photos. Laura was quick to respond also. We had a great stay!

This is probably our most favorite Airbnb we ever stayed at. The house was perfect. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. They also loved playing pool in the garage. The house is very clean and modern. It's in a great neighborhood and very close to Siesta Beach. I can't recommend this house enough. We definitely hope to be back someday soon!

This is our second stay at this beautiful home. It is in a wonderful neighborhood and is very quiet and just a great place to unwind. I highly recommend staying here the home was very clean and has everything you need just bring your clothes and food and enjoy the pool! Darcy is wonderful and will definitely be booking again.

We loved our stay at The Palm & Pine. The house was perfect for us. It was beautifully decorated, had great living spaces including a wonderful kitchen and was super clean. The screened porch was fabulous! We ate all of our meals on the porch and so enjoyed sitting in the Rattan hanging chairs - enjoying the warm weather and the home's beautiful landscaping. The home is so close to everything we wanted to do. It is walking distance to the Sarasota YMCA, the Arlington Park Aquatic Center and Paver Park. In addition, it is a very short drive to Siesta Key Beach, the Bobby Jones Golf Course and historic downtown Sarasota. Best of all Kevin was a wonderful host - so helpful and easy to communicate with. It was very difficult to leave - but we look forward to our return trip to The Palm & Pine.

Easy to find and close to shops and restaurants. Short walk to either side of the island for sunrise or sunset. The house was clean, lovely and well appointed! Modern and comfortable. Each room had a private bathroom which was a plus! The pool was nice to cool down in after a day at the beach. The canal view from the pool deck and the boat dock was beautiful and relaxing!!! We saw manatees multiple times!!! Jenny was quick to respond with any questions before and during our stay. A great little find in AMI!!!

The place is awesome, great space layout, everything you need, VERY clean and well maintained. Kitchen is worth a special mention - it is fantastic !!! It has pretty much everything for even gourmet cooking (including gas stove, oven is a dream - omelette, broil, you name it). Walking distance to restaurants, ice cream parlors, just walking around the neighborhood is very pleasant. The host is very nice, quick to respond. The whole experience was very low stress, which is key for someone like us who came for a short vacation. We enjoyed our time and will hopefully be back.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Sarasota! The property is just as beautiful as described—truly stunning in every detail. The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to all the main tourist attractions, beaches, and great restaurants. The host provided clear and helpful instructions, and there’s a guest book filled with thoughtful recommendations for places to visit, eat, and explore around the area. The house was spotlessly clean and had such a peaceful, welcoming energy. You can tell that every detail has been carefully thought out to create a comfortable and special experience. I would absolutely recommend this place and would love to stay here again in the future!

This house was exactly what we wanted! Peaceful, clean and very comfortable. The pool and outdoor space was beautiful. It was within walking distance to Emerson Point, close to various stores and restaurants. The host was friendly and very responsive to all our needs. We would highly recommend and will stay here again.
