Family-friendly holiday rentals in Manatee River

Another great stay at this house! Love the location, very clean throughout, has everything you would need and more. We spent most of our time in covered outdoor area which has lots of seating options, the pool/hot tub is perfect! The only small issue we had was the door to the pool does not lock securely, therefore adding a safety risk if you have young children. It needs to have an added safety lock on top or something to that nature.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Cozy little place, well decorated and clean. Bed was comfy. The pull out bed was good enough for my 6 yr old, but would recommend bringing a pillow for it if you’re going to use it. There isn’t one in the room for it unless you use the main bedroom pillows. We beached most of the time and didn’t watch TV, but if we wanted to the couch wasn’t comfy for lounging around. We loved the balcony though! The only “complaint” would be all the coffee supplied was decaf and it was a shock the first morning after getting in super late. So, bring your own coffee just in case. Host was super helpful when there was any other issues. Very kind and accommodating! Plus they supplied plenty of TP and PT, beach towels and towels. Can’t wait to come back!

I loved the apartment very well equipped for everything you need to cook. The apartment has an amazing view, location is great, close to everything from restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, etc. I loved it!

Russell’s place was just as described. The bay of the bay was beautiful! This condo was within short driving distances of many great local beaches and restaurants. It had all the amenities, linens, and other items needed to make our stay perfect. Russell checked in with us prior to our stay, during and after.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Daniel’s condo in Bradenton. It was very clean, updated, quiet,and spacious with great amenities in the complex. We highly recommend this rental to couples or families. Daniel also provided perfect communication and local recommendations. Very convenient area with great access to grocery and 15 minutes to beaches at Anna Maria Island.

The location is perfect! Wonderful family home. The house has so much charm and is a hurricane survivor! Between the pool, beach at your back door and John’s Pass being a short walk away, I didn’t drive my car the entire time. So many fun items in the house and the sunsets……..❤️ Liz is great, the house was as promised and then some and the location! Best beach house ever!

We had a wonderful time in Sarasota. Maureen and Patrick are clearly hosting pros. The kitchen was well-stocked, so we cooked most of our meals, made coffee/tea in the mornings, and kept groceries from the nearby Publix in the fridge. We enjoyed making dinner and sitting out on the screened in porch. The neighborhood was very residential and safe. The bathrooms and bedrooms were well-stocked and comfortable. Five college girls slept comfortably across the three rooms and I would say one more could definitely have fit as well. The house had a carport with a washer and dryer with detergent, beach chairs, umbrellas, and puzzles. Even when it rained, we enjoyed sitting in the house and reading because the space was relaxing and comfortable If you’re planning on going to the beach, download the Bayrunner/Breeze Rider apps to catch the free trolley. The trolley was a short walk away through the neighborhood and we enjoyed riding to the beach every morning.

We spent a relaxing weekend at this lovely Airbnb and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The host was friendly and responsive, providing clear instructions for check-in and great recommendations for nearby restaurants and activities. We especially enjoyed the peaceful backyard patio—it was the perfect spot for morning coffee and evening wine. The location was ideal—quiet and private, but still just a short drive to everything we wanted to see and do. It made a great home base for our weekend adventures. We’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable escape!

Great place, we enjoyed the house so much, my wife and I really enjoyed it but our 15 yr old dog got a post vacation depression after being at this house. He was so happy and so were we. Great location, the house has everything you need to disconnect and enjoy few days by the pool. Andrew is a very quick responsive host. Perfect place, perfect days!

Great house to stay in and chill by the pool. Location is convenient to restaurants and beach. Ideal for a small vacation getaway. After a long day at the beach it felt good to come into a clean and nice and cold home. Pool was a great after beach treat!

Great stay at Alex's place. It was exactly as described. Walkable, safe area. I initially was concerned about the street parking, but Alex explained it completely and it was never a problem. I would definitely stay again.

cute little beach apartment. clean and comfortable. We loved being super close to the beach. and the outdoor hose and shower was handy. nice of them to provide some beach items too like chairs, a boogie board and beach towels. AC gets very cold, which my husband was happy about. We will definitely be back to Ana Maria Island! its an amazing beach.

The condo has everything you need to have a great holiday and not spend a fortune doing it. The cooker works well and the hob is very fast. We prepared our own meals most nights and ate outside overlooking the pool. The bathroom is well set out and the shower hot and powerful. What really appealed to us when booking was the access to a pool and not having to drive to, or pay for parking at a beach. It’s less than a five minute walk across Gulf Boulevard and Joy supplies chairs and an umbrella. The pool was clean and not at all busy. The area is safe and pleasant with easy access to Indian Rocks beach too. We had a day out to Universal Studios, an easy two hour dive away. Locally there are a few restaurants and cafes within walking distance, the Conch Grill is particularly good with a very generous happy hour from 11am - 7pm. We would like to return and highly recommend this accommodation.

I stayed for 5 nights at this Airbnb, it was easy to find and get into with the pictures and thorough instructions! When I walked in everything was just like the pictures and it was very clean and comfortable. It is small like she says but it worked perfectly for my friend and I. The walk to the beach is super close and the trolley system is really helpful if you can’t or don’t want to drive to nearby places. The host was very friendly and responsive, I would definitely recommend staying here and would go back!

This condo was in a great location and has a lovely pool that is kept clean and only a few short steps away! Several beaches to choose from in close proximity. The condo was clean and stocked with everything one would need to feel at home! Greg was great and we definitely will rent from him again!

Staying a this Airbnb on Anna Maria island was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The location was unbeatable, just a short stroll to the beach, where we spent our mornings. The home itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed. The private pol was a dream-crystal clear and perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. It truly felt like our own personal oasis. What really made the experience stand out was the host. Communication was prompt, friendly, and thoughtful from start to finish. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. If you're looking for a peaceful, beachside retreat with all the comforts at home- and then some- this is the place. Anytime we travel to this island this is the first place I will check to see if it is available.

This house was beautiful and we felt right at home! The pool was wonderful!! They provided everything you need for a beach/ pool vacation. We loved it, would stay again if in the area!!

We had 3 adult dads and 3 teenage sons stay for 5 nights to compete at the US Rowing Youth Nationals at Nathan Benderson Park and the house was perfect. Yvonne was very attentive to our last minute booking. Bedrooms were perfect for the amount of people, kitchen was well stocked to handle 6 people plus more. We grilled out one night and the propane grill was perfect. We hit the pool once and was the perfect size. Bathrooms were very clean and neighborhood was quiet at night. House was in close proximity to the park as well as other restaurants so worked out for the back and forth daily driving that we did. Highly recommend Yvonne’s home for future groups/families
