This is one of the few privileged villas in Cala Deia, located by the sea and with truly wonderful sea and mountain views. The rocky and pebble beach is only 50 meters away via a private path. Do not forget the jacuzzi with best views ever !! The place is astonishing all year round. Every single room has AC/heater. You will not find better views anywhere. Paradise exists and can be yours. It is also a trully amazing place for our very few neighbours so I am afraid no party people accepted. My family built the house when there were not even roads and they had to use boats and donkeys to carry everything over. Its is a magic place !!!!!! You will not find better views anywhere. Paradise exists and can be yours !!!!! There are two totally separated areas. Upstairs there are two rooms, shower and bathroom, living area and open kitchen and downstairs two rooms, shower and bathroom. I will provide the "must see" list of places of the area. We can organize VIP services for you such as Yachts, Vehicles, Chauffeur, Deep sea fishing, Guided cycle tours, Catering, Private Chef, Spa treatments, Entertainment bookings, Yoga and Pilates, Guided Hiking, scuba diving, helicopter flights.

Live and breathe the Serra de La Tramuntana, a world heritage mountain range in Mallorca. The apartment is situated in the center of a traditional Mallorcan mountainside village, Mancor de Vall. The mountain is your playground. You can walk out the door and hike up the mountain, or drive a short distance to numerous different starting routes for all levels! Many hiking paths can be done by bike or you can road bike up to Lluc or out in any direction on the island as Mancor is in the middle!

Fantastic location for nature lovers in the Unesco heritage site of the Tramuntana mountains! We're on one of the main cycling routes to Sa Calobra as well as the gentler cycleways to Pollenca and Alaro. There are many famous hiking trails in the vicinity too with stunning views across the island. We're located in a lovely, friendly village with local shops and four wonderful restaurants. There are many stunning beaches to choose from, from just 30 minutes to the east of the villa.

Our group of 6 had a wonderful weeklong stay for our first bike holiday in Mallorca. The house was perfect for us, lots of room for us and our bikes. The pool was lovely for our rest day and much used after long rides. We cooked dinners every night, everything you need is provided for. Biel is very friendly and helpful. Recommend for large groups, will come again!

Words cannot describe how wonderful our stay was! We wish it was longer & will definitely be coming back! Lucia & her husband were so kind & friendly, it felt like family! Their villa is a little slice of paradise & we didn’t want to leave! Wonderful kitchen, spacious bedroom, lovely bathroom, & the shared common spaces were so beautiful & dreamy! Ernesto and his daughter were excellent hosts. We thoroughly enjoyed our daily breakfasts in Ernesto's idyllic garden. The rooms were very well equipped and the beds extremely comfortable. We rented a car and travelled all around the island - Ernesto's place is located in a good location to do this. We fell in love with Bienvenida (Ernesto's dog) who, just as her name suggests, was extremely welcoming and sweet! Thank you for a lovely stay Ernesto
