Emanuel and Samantha are very helpful, attentive and kind people. The residence where the apartment is located is very well maintained and the pool is very nice, large and clean. The location is convenient both for the beach and for reaching the many places of interest. The apartment is very clean and well-kept. The kitchen has essential tools for cooking every day even at home. Highly recommended!

Exceptional stay. Very well-equipped accommodation. A breathtaking view of the sea and the Esterel. Ideal for walkers and joggers. A bus stop along the beach in front of the residence.

I was contacted by Emilie for check-in management and for all the useful information that was not only clear but related to videos and photos to make it easier to understand. The house is nice and perfect for a family of 4. The area is quiet and given the tourism always present is a great advantage: in general you need the car in Mandelieu but here there is also the possibility of reaching shops and small restaurants on foot. Any questions asked of Emilie during the stay we received a timely and always kind response. We are very happy and satisfied and recommend staying there.

A small comfortable place for a few nights and not too far from the beach (5 min walk) and the city center (25 min walk, it's a nice walk along the sea). We enjoyed our stay in this small studio despite the insulation of the thin walls... The accommodation is easy to access, parking right in front of the residence, everything was clean when we arrived! Everything you need to have a good stay and the host was very responsive and in communication:)

Our stay at Cécile's was very relaxing, the apartment is ideally located a 10-minute walk from the center of Mandelieu, everything is within walking distance and the park of the residence is beautiful! Janine was very welcoming and available for our questions. I highly recommend it!

Very nice apartment in a residence. You have to like it. Great underground parking. Lots of beautiful beach nearby. The city is not the hit but you can quickly get to Antibes, Nice, Cannes and Grasse…..

What a great apartment! You can’t get anything close to this from a hotel (they would be 2x the price!). Everything you need and a great balcony with a wonderful view! The location is in town, so everything is close, including the nightlife. If you’re looking to be in the thick of it all, this is the place for you!

Judy was nice and communicative. Check in was easy. The neighborhood is convenient and easy to navigate. The elevator was good. The air conditioning was good. The recent renovation was good. I would stay here again.

Me and my partner thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Cagnes-sur-Mer and would certainly recommend this apartment to others. The check-in when we arrived was helped by Michael, who waited to meet with us after our evening flight to show us the facilities of the accommodation. This made it a lot easier for us. The apartment itself was in a fantastic location and it is in a quiet neighbourhood. The swimming pool was a nice addition and we took full advantage of it during the nice weather! The room was clean, the kitchen facilities were really handy and the balcony was a lovely space to relax in. The TV and WiFi were also very reliable. Despite the bed being comfortable, it did make a squeaking noise whenever we moved in it. Also, the curtains still allowed the light to enter the room after sunrise - so I would suggest bringing an eye mask if you think this would be an issue for you. Overall, we were more than happy with our stay and would highly recommend to friends and family.

We had a great stay at the apartment. It was spacious enough for four adults, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. Kevin is a great host—friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay in Cannes in this beautiful home! The residence is very quiet, perfect for resting, and offers an amazing view of the sea. The infinity pool is a real plus, with a breathtaking setting. A big thank you to Jérémy, who was extremely responsive and available throughout the stay. Despite our late arrival, he stayed awake to make sure we found the apartment easily, with clear and reassuring instructions. We really enjoyed our stay — it was great, we'll be back with pleasure!

My recent stay was complete perfection. The apartment was fully equipped and immaculately clean. Our hosts were super helpful, friendly and attentive. Their place felt private & peaceful with multiple options for excellent transport links. Overall could not recommend enough and cannot wait to return!

Perfect stay for everyone exploring Côté d Azur. Private Garage, Safe Areal. Supermarket 3-4 minutes by foot. Nice Restaurants in every direction. 3-4 minutes to the Beach. Wonderful View over the bay of Juan de Pins / Antibes from the bed, balcony and the Living Room. Philippe is very Kind. He answers fast and always there to help. The Appartement has Everything You need. Better than Hotel! Thanks!

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The view was absolutely stunning, and the location is just a short walk from the sea! The host was incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth. The apartment was well-equipped with everything you might need, even while on vacation. One highlight for me was the makeup mirror! Overall, a convenient, and beautifully located spot that I’d happily return to. Highly recommended!

The apartment is located in a complex that is sometimes a little outdated. The apartment itself had everything you need, but I would not live there with 4 people, check in and check out, was quite straightforward and worked great. We loved the surroundings, the river with the cafes, good for jogging, it was beautiful. Thank you for everything, we enjoyed it very much

Very nice residence with a great swimming pool and city soccer field. Very quiet in the evening and at night. Very convenient and well located apartment, with parking spaces and restaurant next door. Very easy communication with Anne, a lot of autonomy, we had a great weekend.

It was a very nice time in Max's apartment, a super large beautiful pool, the parking situation is a bit difficult depending on the day of the week, but I accepted that, Bargemon is a nice cozy village and the reception by Lene was very friendly. Petra
