The place: situated on a hill some 30 mins away from Nice the house offers a great base to explore the Riviera. It is home away from home- the kitchen was fully equipped so we could comfortably prepare own meals: oven, microwave, dishwasher water boiler, milk frother and a Nespresso machine top the experience. The place has no A/C but ceiling ventilators make up for that. It is situated on two floors with staircase that has a safety door so no problems if you come with small kids like we did. The house is perfect for a long stay as it has a washer and a dryer, fast internet, a big screen smart TV situated in its own TV room with a huge coach that can host your entire family for movie nights. There is a BBQ in the yard and some 4 dining tables to choose from: 3 outdoors and 1 indoors. The bedrooms were comfortable with enough storage space for your clothes, linen bedding and bathroom facilities to all bedrooms. Swimming pool maintained by the host twice per week was greatly appreciated

We spent 10 days in this listing. It was our first time with Airbnb and we don't regret it. A very welcoming, attentive host, gave us a lot of advice and was always there when needed. Regarding the house, everything was perfect, as in the description! Very clean, very tidy, everything was great. A really beautiful house with everything you need. We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful Mougins villa during the Cannes Film Festival, and it truly enhanced our experience. The spacious layout and pristine pool area offered both comfort and luxury. Being just a short drive from Cannes, the location was ideal for our needs. This was one of the best AirBnb apartments we stayed at so far. Wonderful view to the sea and mountains. Just a short walk to beaches and other beaches in 5 minutes driving distance. Jean Jacques was always reachable and was there to welcome us on the first day and show us the apartment. We would definitely come back!

We booked very last minute and Nathalie responded super fast and was super friendly and uncomplicated. We thought the garden was even more beautiful than in the pictures. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely house, super nicely decorated. Cute and spacious and luminous. Pool and gallery very lovely. We loved Mougins, the town 7 min by car (old town) is to die for. Cutest restaurants. Close to Cannes and Nice. We would definitely come back. Highly recommended. Hosts very welcoming and all process ran super smoothly. We loved the house! Perfect for the 5 of us.

The house was very homey and comfortable the projector was very fun for me and my family the two dishwashers was also very helpful for my large family. The property management team was also very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. They even provided stamps for my family. It was overall a very good stay and a very comfortable experience.

Antoine’s home was spectacular in person. Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed the space, pool and location. What a fantastic spot! They were also extremely responsive and would highly recommend for anyone considering this amazing property. Great location as well in between St.Tropez and Saint Maxime.

We miss the view and garden so much already. This is a stunning Airbnb, Amelie is a great host - super quick communication and responded really quickly to a couple of requests. The photos are really accurate but somehow don’t do the villa/views justice. The only thing to be aware of is that there are a lot of steps. The studio is a flight of stairs below road level, bedrooms of the villa one level down, living area and kitchen another level down and pool another flight of stairs down. We really look forward to returning.

Thank you very much for the wonderful time at your terrific villa. This place exceeded our expectations: it is highly equipped, modern, beautiful, and cozy. The view and the garden are just stunning. We were choosing among several other villas, and we were definitely lucky to stay here. You truly feel at home. Every detail in this place is filled with great attention, soul, and love. The only small point was with the heated pool — although we paid for it in cash, the water (including at the supply holes) remained chilly, so we couldn’t tell or proof if it was actually heated. Other than that, it’s really impressive how well you take care of this villa. We were two families, six people in total, and a small dog. The direct access from the bedrooms to the garden was a perfect feature for our little fluffy friend. Thanks once again for your hospitality and thanks a lot for making our stay so enjoyable! 🤗

We spent a week to celebrate my birthday in June. What an amazing stay! The villa is so charming, well equipped, cosy and practically equipped. The surroundings are quiet and peaceful, and soo beautiful. Corinne was helpful and attentive, whenever we had a question.

Absolutely loved our stay. The house was perfect in every way. We were excited by the photos, and the house didn’t disappoint! Stylish inside and out. Wonderful to stay somewhere that says it caters for 10 people and truly does that: enough dinner seating, sun beds, crockery etc. Two families across 3 generations staying together for a week. Perfect layout and space for all: studio for grandparents, en-suites for all rooms, cinema room for watching England vs Spain in Euros (even if the score wasn’t to everyone’s liking…). The location is stunning, with fabulous views. Cabris is a lovely village & the restaurant recommendations were excellent. Great to be able to quickly walk into village for everything, even tennis. With a 9 year old & two teenage girls, it felt very safe to let them head off together for breakfast croissants or evening ice creams. Ian and Jacques were perfect hosts from start to finish. Thank you! We will definitely be back, hopefully even next year!

We had a wonderful time here. The interior design is quite something and surely not everyone’s cup of tea but the star for us was the pool with the breathtaking pool and the table outside where we could sit and chill in the shade. Only change in my mind would be to have a nice big gas grill but the electric one does job just fine.

We had a brilliant holiday. Beautiful villa with luxury furnishings and all facilities that you could possibly need. Clean, comfortable and a super location; private, safe and peaceful. Perfect views out to sea. Photos don't necessarily do the villa justice. Jean Marc was a responsive host who answered all messages quickly. Would recommend.

This villa was perfect for the four of us and we had a fantastic holiday at Caroline's place. The caretaker, M. Akim was really helpful and responsive and the setting couldn't have been more private and tranquil. The villa is spacious, well-furnished and well-equipped and the outside areas are perfect for outdoor dining and drinks by the pool. We loved the fact the pool is heated: normally in May/June, unheated pools in the south of France are freezing. So this was a real bonus and we used the pool everyday. Le Plan de la Tour was a new area in the Var for us and we absolutely love the location & would love to come back.

This place is absolute paradise. From swimming in the pool to enjoying the garden room and chatting to the most lovely hosts. I did now want to leave. I had the most relaxing and lovely time. Thanks you so much .

we spent more than a week in this beautiful and atmospheric home. The home is well-maintained and clean, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Pool clean, parking spaces in front of the house. You can use the gas grill. Ceiling fans in each bedroom, although air conditioning would be more helpful during this period:) Effortless contact with the owner when we asked for help in organizing a motorcycle trip - he came to help.

The Villa was perfect for our family, it had everything we needed and even more. Many thanks to Mirjana and Manon. The host Manon welcomed us upon arrival and she was friendly and helpful to us at all times. House was spotless and pool was maintained very well during our stay. Perfect play to stay on Cote d’Azur. The villa was just as described with good privacy on the property, plenty of room for a bigger group, a lovely pool area and superb views. We enjoyed breakfast and dinners on the terrace overlooking the Beaulieu bay. Would definitely book again. Our host was responsive and friendly.
