Matina & George are very good and helpful hosts. Communication was fast and reliable. They were very quick to respond to our questions and helped us right away. The personal contact on site was also great and smooth. We felt very safe and comfortable in the accommodation. The place is modern, clean and has everything you need. My wife and I had a wonderful time in the Valley View apartment of Kostas and Melina! From the apartment itself, to the breathtaking view over the valley to the warm hospitality of Kostas and Melina, everything was perfect. In addition to the quiet and idyllic location at the beginning of the village of Salakos, the hosts made our stay something very special. With their authentic and warm manner, they gave us tips for excursions and activities on Rhodes, let us try delicacies from their own cultivation (eggs, oil, olives, herbs) and made us feel at home. All this without being intrusive at any time. It was an unforgettable vacation. We'll be back. It is recommended to arrive with a rental car. This allows you to be flexible in your excursion activities and to make optimal use of the central location of the village in the middle of the island.

We enjoyed our stay at the property! The apartment is located in Salakos, a small village in the mountains on the west coast of Rhodes. It was very clean when we arrived and especially the kitchen was above average well equipped! The accommodation is located in a small side street of the house, which is only occasionally used by residents and is therefore very quiet. You can park for free a few meters from the house. In front of the house, you can sit in the cool shade in the morning and enjoy the spectacular sunset over the sea in the evening! The accommodation is about 15-20 minutes by car from the sea and is a great starting point for excursions in the area! We can especially recommend Kopria Beach (small bay, tavern and free loungers/umbrellas) for swimming, the ancient Kameiros as well as the honey village Siana and the spectacular Monolithos Castle located on a mountain and the sea around Fournia Beach. We will be happy to come back!

No words can begin to explain how stunning this villa is!! We had the most amazing time celebrating my best friends hen do - the location is beautiful! The staff who checked us in were so friendly and even very kindly drove us to the shops to get some food supplies when we arrived as it was late and too far to walk in the dark. Valia always replied to my messages quickly and gave us lots of recommendations. Its a good driving distance away from everywhere you would want to go and explore and the taxi prices are so good the company they recommend to us were amazing they arrived on time every day and were so friendly! I would 100% love to stay here again and would recommend it to everyone! It is honestly the most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed!

I highly recommend this stay. It’s an easy drive - circa 30 mins - from the airport, but you feel like you’re a million miles away. Totally private location with wonderful peace and quiet, yet 5 mins drive from lovely villages with local restaurants and wine tasting. We loved it and will be back.

What a fabulous stay! Away from the hustle of tourists, tucked into the mountain, with multiple wineries within walking distance. If you are after a cultural stay you’ll love M Anna’s house. They’ve loving restored their Grandmothers stone house and it’s full of original pottery and traditional furnishings. The kitchen is well equipped and Anna kindly supplied us with a couple of delicious homemade meals during our stay. There’s a supermarket within walking distance and several restaurants. We walked to the bakery every morning for coffee and people soon recognised us. You could spend three days in the Village without a car - there’s lots within walking distance. If you want to go to the beach or historic attractions you’ll need a car. M-Anna’s house is perfect for a couple or a family with older children.

This was definitely the best accommodation of all my AirBnB trips. The villa was exceptionally clean, very spacious and just beautiful all around. The furniture and kitchen are also in great condition, with lots of things you need for normal cooking already provided. Also, almost every single room in the villa has its own air conditioning, which is a great addition in the hot months. And from the balcony on the first floor you could see the sea. On top of that, Sotiria was a wonderful host and left us a fridge full of food on arrival. The area itself is very quiet and peaceful, but a car is recommended to explore the different beaches. To sum up: A holiday in Rhodes is worth it just to stay in this beautiful villa.
