Place was exactly as described and actually even better than shown on the pictures! Such a stunning space and perfect location for beach walks and cafes.

Second time booking David and Chrissies place,great stay as before! Beautiful spot overlooking the water, hosts are very friendly and helpful, we will be back again I'm sure 🙂

The place was much bigger than I expected. It was newly decorated and very clean and modern. The only issues i had was locating the post box where the key was as its at the side of the building as you go through the gate. There was two gates so took a few looks arounds. This may have been my issue as I had just driven 3 hours. Overall the places was amazing.

John and Nada’s place is stunning. So homely, clean and cozy. Nada was so friendly, warm and welcoming and we loved our time staying there. Highly recommended. Thank you John and Nada.❤️

We had a lovely 2 night stay with our grandson. The villa was gorgeous . Very clean and had everything you could ever need. It was beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Iris was a great host and kept in contact with us to ensure all was well. We loved relaxing on the deck overlooking the beach. Would highly recommend.

Clare made it very easy for us to stay We from busso and we needed something quick for work stint. Clare was very quick to respond to texts as well

Michelle and her team were fantastic and eager to assist in every way. The Villa was excellent and very modern and very fresh with every amenity and all the requirements one would ask for. Easy gated parking and a short walk to the beach and all local amenities such as restaurants, and entertainment. The staff were very pleasant and polite and always helpful. The standout was Michelle who made everything very enjoyable and this is a go to location for us from now on. The owners of the Villa should be very proud of the presentation and quality of their property...fantastic.

Great two bedroom apartment, as described, very clean. The complex although not new it is very well maintained, the pool, bbq area, tennis court and shared areas are all very neat and cleaned daily. Very close proximity to beach and central Mandurah area, only couple of minutes drive. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Jamie.

What a beautiful place to stay... unfortunately we where on a work trip and couldnt not enjoy this property to the fullest... But after a 12 hour day it was nice to come back to a place thay felt like home, and not the confines of a hotel room... I would definitely book this accommodation again for a work trip or family vacation...

Property was booked for a client and her s/worker. The feedback during their stay was that they loved the property. The roominess and proximity to beach. By all accounts they had a wonderful time despite some crazy windy weather. Will look at booking in future and recommend Thank you

This was our second stay at this pristine clean, fully resourced, perfectly located, practical layout and most awesome view apartment. Upon stepping through the front door you are immediately transported to feeling like you are on holiday. We will definitely be back again. Superb!!!! Our family has stayed in many Airbnbs and this was one of the best we've ever stayed in. Clean, fabulous location and lovely finishing touches. Washing machine and dryer was useful. Such an absolutely lovely holiday. Kim was super responsive and the best host. would rate this apartment more than 5 stars!!!

Great stay! The apartment is in a fantastic location, close to restaurants, a short walk to the beach, and the supermarket is nearby. It's spacious and had everything we needed. The host was very flexible and even let us know we could check out later, which was really appreciated. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out with clear instructions, so we didn’t need to ask for anything. Highly recommended! :)

Our stay at Jarrad’s place was delightful!! The location was perfect, close to everything we needed - the beach at the door step, and walkable to great eating spots, but tucked away so we could still enjoy peace and quiet. The place is a lot bigger and comfier than we were expecting, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Rockingham. Jarrad was so helpful and quick to respond, so thank you for being a great host! Could not recommend Jarrad’s place enough!!

Clean, well equipped, functional house in a peaceful and quiet location. Adequate space for a couple and with a garage to boot. All essentials were provided that ensured a comfortable stay. There's only one toilet, located on the upper floor; a bit inconvenient but not a big deal to us as we were out most of the time. Overall enjoyed our stay. Thanks, Adila

The property information provided described the property precisely, amenities and locale. First impressions on arrival were excellent and continued through the duration of our short stay. Sequential release of additional information to access the property in the lead up to check-in was clear, concise and timely. Overall cleanliness was excellent and could not be faulted. The property is located in a private, quiet area and central to amenities by walking or just a short drive. The secure enclosed parking under the property with lift access is excellent. The hosts were easily accessible and provided a timely response and additional information as required. This all brings the total experience together into a pleasant and memorable stay. Lovely spot right next to the canal and a short walk to the ocean, a few restaurants and a bottle shop as well as a grocery store right next to it. Was private and quiet!

We stayed at Grace’s apartment in Mandurah for three nights and absolutely loved it. The views from the balcony were stunning, watching dolphins play around the boats was such a special experience. The location is ideal, with great restaurants and cafes just a short walk away. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, it’s a peaceful, scenic spot that made our trip truly memorable.

We had a lovely stay at Richard's accommodation and was a perfect location for us to explore the surrounding areas of Mandurah and then spend the afternoon on the balcony listening to the birds and watching the swans. The accommodation is large and well provision, it was great having a washer/dryer in the property as well. Richard gave excellent instructions on how to enter the property and it was perfect having a parking spot right outside the property. Highly recommend

We had a lovely stay at Lisa and Niccolo’s beautiful apartment over the Easter break. Everything was very clean and comfortable. It was great to be on the water where we could dock the boat at the jetty so close to the back door! The kids had a lot of fun in the pool and spa, and the shops nearby are very handy for groceries (IGA) and a coffee at the bakery. I highly recommend this accommodation at a very reasonable price for our party of eight! Thank you, Lisa and Niccolo, Emily

Paul was an awesome host who communicated well - responsive and courteous. Paul's place was neat and clean. It was adequate for our group of 4 people. Check-in and -out were a breeze. Both bedrooms are on the third level. May not be suitable to those who can't navigate stairs.

Great place to stay, was clean and quiet surroundings. The house is well maintained and there was more than enough bedding if you required.

It was a lovely place to stay for short term. Very quiet during the week, pool and hot tub great. Wee ducks visiting us each morning. Saw a stingray first day and Dolphins dancing/flipping one day. Close to everything and within walking distance. Amazing competitions with skate boarders. Lovely restaurants close by. The crab fest was wonderful along with Saint patty’s day. The area around the complex was maculate each and every day. The BBQS, pool, hot tub, grounds, constantly cleaned. Lots of pool chairs with canal views. Friendly maintenance staff doing a terrific job. The only minor concern if you stay for a long period of time you must purchase your own supplies. They do make that known but we assumed when you stay 15 days they would increase the supplies. It is a self manage apartment. Loved having a washer and dryer shared with people upstairs. They supply the soap as well. Limited room to unpack clothes but we really enjoyed our stay plus they allowed an extended check out.
