Beachfront holiday rental in Mangaratiba

We traveled as a family (5 people and 1 pet) and the apartment accommodated all of us perfectly. Easy access and prime location. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, airy. All the spaces were well complete: American-style kitchen, well equipped, appliances in great condition, we did not miss any utensils; bathrooms with towels, soap, toilet paper, hot water; large rooms, with fragrant bed linen, air conditioning; the large living room, with TV, fan, with sofa and armchairs, dining table. The condominium is orderly, organized, clean, safe and the highlight is the access to the Marina for boarding boats or even for walking. We took 2 tours and the boatman (indicated by Jayme) picked us up exactly at the condominium's marina - luckily, it was possible to see turtles. WE LOVE everything! We feel at home. It was a wonderful weekend and we will definitely be back. Thank you for everything, Jayme! A thousand stars to you.

Good location, clean and organized loft, condominium with great structure, our daughter and our puppy enjoyed a lot. It didn't have much of a restaurant option, but it served us in our need, there is also a small mall on the highway. Roberta was kind and responded quickly.

I've had an excellent experience in this house! The property is exactly as described in the listing: clean, well maintained, comfortable and very well located. The rooms are airy, tastefully decorated and extremely functional. The kitchen was complete and equipped, the rooms had clean and comfortable bedding, and all the spaces conveyed a welcoming feeling of home.

There is no better word to describe this house than wonderful! The kitchen is extremely well equipped, with everything you might need: coffee maker, freezer, sandwich maker, cake shapes, pizza and hamburger, blender, pressure cookers, frying pans and more. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, perfectly accommodating my family, which included seniors and a baby. Sleeping to the sound of the waves was a relaxing experience, like a real natural white noise. The house has many bathrooms, which makes it much easier for those who travel in a group. The swimming pool is great, and a big difference was the swimming pool, which kept it clean on a daily basis – something that, in five years of Airbnb home stays, had never seen before. The view is simply spectacular! Those who know Garatucaia know that this is a point that does not require comment. Finally, the hosts were exceptional: always helpful and ready to answer any questions. Without a doubt, we want to come back more often!

Excellent hosting! The site is exactly as the announcement. I and my family love hosting a lot. The place is amazing. In the case of a house on an island, it is perfect for those looking for peace. The crossing from Itacuruça to the island is fast and quiet, therefore, it is not an impediment to carrying out activities on the coast. The hosts are very friendly, including Joaquim (house puppy) who is docile and playful.

I was very welcome! The place is amazing! I loved it all! It makes you want not to go home! A paradise! And the best I felt safe, the condominium's environment is very familiar. In short, it was the best tour I've ever taken! A lot of nature around, there's no disliking! A lot of gratitude!

Our stay was wonderful. The house is in excellent condition and fulfills the promised, very clean, organized and with perfect decor! We have good beds, good air conditioning and a beautiful pool. The apartment has been recently renovated. It's a delight. It feels like we're staying at a friend's apartment. Everything is great. The condominium is very large and has its own beach and restaurant.

Lino's loft is exactly as in the photos, all new and available for use. The location is excellent, the balcony overlooks the sea and the pool area. If you wake up early, you can see the sunrise from the balcony, in front. Very beautiful.

Beautiful place , we really enjoyed, everything according to expectation . Marcia is always attentive to everything . We are very grateful for the initial tour with her husband that helped us a lot to understand the entire operation and where everything is left inside and outside the condominium . Come back !!

I want to leave here my happiness in having stayed three beautiful days at Arthur's Aconchego (home of Priscila), and to say that it was difficult to leave, Jaguanum is simply wonderful and Priscilla's house is very well located, it has everything we need and most importantly, there is the Bar da Dona Conceição where I advise to eat the shrimp pastel. About Priscila, what I have to say is that you always answered promptly, being for tips or answering some questions. Over the house, it is foot in the sand, that is, you open the door and you are on the beach, we sleep with the noise of the sea. The house has everything we need.... Impeccable space, exactly as described in the listing, great location within the resort, very close to the playground, next to the club tennis. I love the convenience of the van that makes the transport to the beach. The structure of the condominium is great, everything clean and safe. it was wonderful to spend a few days with my family, the children loved. I will definitely come back more often. Rafaela and Arilson always very helpful, they responded quickly.

The location is wonderful, the house is beautiful, but it needs maintenance. The doors do not run easily, which makes it difficult to close them, that of some of the bathrooms not even running, could not use it because there was no way to close the door. The kitchen needs improvement and lacks a microwave, coffee maker…the sandwich maker didn't work. The cleaning was also not adequate, the refrigerator had a bad smell of fish and we needed to clean before placing the groceries, with the oven and stove the same thing, it had a lot of accumulated fat, but it worked well. One suggestion is to wash the seats of the dining table chairs, they were very frowned. Other than that, we love the stay, sleep with the noise of the sea and wake up with that look, made it all very worthwhile. Luiz Gustavo was very helpful and available. I intend to come back more often!

A true paradise! The stunning view makes you feel at peace from the beginning to the end of your stay! I'd be looking at it all my life and I wouldn't get tired, it made the tour even more worth it. Townships blows a delightful wind every morning and afternoon. The lofts are very well equipped and organized, the stove works perfectly and has a great oven for those who will cook as we did. The instructions are clear and communication with Carla was super ok! The access ramp to the garage to climb with a low car is a little difficult, but not impossible. Even with the demand for the holiday we enjoy everything without any noise or external problems. Although there is no air conditioning, fans serve the space very well. I hope I can come back soon, it's really a private paradise in the midst of nature!

The apartment is great, very comfortable, well sanitized and with utensils working perfectly in the kitchen and bedrooms! Large bathroom and very nice shower. Spacious and comfortable rooms! Large balcony with a beautiful view. I loved the stay. I'll be back more often!

The house is extremely cozy! We spent an amazing weekend with friends, and it was great to disconnect from the routine. We enjoyed every corner. The house is super well equipped, with various utensils, bed linen, internet and even games! The decor is beautiful and cosy. Despite being located on the island, access was very easy. The stay was excellent, in a comfortable house, in direct connection to the Atlantic Forest and the sea. The view from the balcony to Flexeira's beach is lovely. Also, Monica is an excellent host, very thoughtless and kind. Without a doubt, it's a perfect place for rest and to get your energy back on track.
