The house was totally clean, everything matched the photos. Beautiful condominium, well located, with a practically private beach. Raquel helped us with everything, she was a great help. When we got back from the beach, the house was spotless and food was ready! The rooms had comfortable and practical accommodation, as shown in the photos. We will definitely be back!

Nina's space is loyal to the ad and communication flowed super well! The cordiality and availability of Dizinho was a differential. The beach with calm sea, it was great for my son to play. Because we went on holiday, the beach had movement/music from other groups and schooners, but even then the days we spent in the Nina space were great!

I simply loved the calm and beauty of the place, I was able to enjoy and rest a lot in this reserved paradise. I thank Graça, very helpful, attentive and Valtencir, thank you very much for the speed in helping us and for having made our check-in and check-out flexible, in addition to being very understanding. Good place to stay for a couple of nights if near Rio!

There were 7 of us, 4 adults, 2 children and a baby. The children played and enjoyed that beautiful park. The house was very comfortable, the pool being fenced gave us peace of mind. The rooms are very comfortable, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need and the bathrooms were fine. I would come back and I will recommend it to my friends and family. Perfect trip for a family Carnival! The house is sensational, even much better than the photos can show! From the reservation to our exit, everything was very well organized with Silvio and Marcia, which still have a cleaning and kitchen staff note 1000. In addition to finding everything very organized and clean, all the rooms of the house are very well equipped, the beds with the bedding and towel of high quality! All in great taste! It was an amazing weekend! For those who like a family atmosphere, tranquility, fishing and beach, you will love it. All very clean and organized. Mr. Luís is super helpful. One thing that caught my attention was having detergent, sponge and toilet paper in the bathroom. We often leave in a hurry and forget to buy and arrive at a house that the host has available is super valid. They were wonderful days and we will definitely be back. Amazing view!!! Not to mention the hammock to rest with a beautiful landscape! Congratulations, great house!!!

Apartment as described, met our needs very well. Very nice condominium, but the beach requires attention, as it is dangerous. We took a boat trip from the marina of the condominium itself, it was great. Suggestion: bring mosquito repellent (electric and body), the screens on the windows and doors do not hold the ninjas. Among the many apartments available for rent in the condominium, I chose this one because of the compliments to the host, I did not regret it, Washington is amazing, a friendly person.

We stayed at Bianca's house and it was a wonderful weekend. Great location, clean house, great structure and 10 steps from the beach. Bianca is always very attentive and available to help with everything. We're already talking about coming back other times.

Bianca was super solicitation and responded quickly and kindly. I was with my family, with children and dogs and we need to find a place quickly due to a neglect of another location and in the end it was the best choice.
