My family and I felt at home . The owner was super polite and friendly . The super comfortable and pleasant accommodation, it was wonderful to wake up to the noise of the sea , the pools are amazing, warm and all clean, mega organized condominium, amazing view, the house also comfortable just missed the laundry area inside the AP, but outside it was all cozy and very pleasant. Clean and airy environment. Grateful to the owner and Mr. Tiago for tips and accommodation . God Bless you !!!!

The accommodation was wonderful from the service to the exit. Local safe, cozy, very well equipped AP and great beds for that rest at the end of the day. Huge leisure area, has a van to transit within the enterprise. We felt at home, ready to welcome our four-legged babies. The beach is not very suitable for bathing because it is aggressive but there is the ocean pool that is even better! No more, I want to come back!

Exceptional Experience! We were greeted with an impeccable, clean, smelling, well-equipped apartment with bedding, towels and toiletries with hotel standard. In addition to all of this, Claudia still received us with a stuffed basket and a delicious cake! Very affectionate in every detail!!! Outside all the support that was given, with condominium guidelines, local beaches, salon indication (we stayed for a wedding) and others. If you return to Mangaratiba, I will definitely stay at the apartment again! I recommend it with no hesitation. About the condominium: the beach is beautiful, with a tent and good structure, but the sea is very dangerous, not suitable for bathing. Other than that, the structure is very good, offering several leisure options (restaurant, club, game room, etc.). The streets are very steep, which makes it a little difficult to access the places on foot, but the condominium itself has a van service for internal transport.

Carlos has been very attentive since the beginning of the reservation, always answering the doubts that have arisen. The person responsible for the check-in is also very attentive. Great communication! The apartment matches the photos, the high point for sure is the view and the location. It is right in front of the club and for those with tb children there are little squares very close by. The tb beach for those who likes to walk can go walking. I left the car in the garage and did everything on foot. The city's trade is very close as well, about 1 km. It has restaurants, cafeteria, markets, pharmacy. The kitchen is nicely equipped with crockery and pots and pans. It only does not provide bed and bath linens, good to be careful not to forget.

The apartment is large and cozy held very well all my family members, the kitchen utensils were very useful, very good bathrooms and rooms as well. The balcony is great and the view of the sea is not even spoken, a painting! I recommend with my eyes closed, we live wonderful and very blessed days there!

The apartment has all the necessary utensils, a beautiful view and is close to the beach. 3 min walk (remembering that it is hill). The condominium is great, but it is good to warn that it is all on slopes. Comfortable mattresses and good showers. We intend to return and recommend!

The stay at the house of tathiana was wonderful! At all times she was solicited and helped us with any questions or guidance. The condominium is very secure, the apartment and comfortable, the mall can go by, the cost of the mall restaurant and good, it has a drink deposit, a bakery and a market that you can buy the essentials, in addition to pharmacy, It is near the waterfall where you can take a walk to get to it. Sahy beach is empty with very quiet waters. I went to visit the Imperial Mirante and Ruinas de Sao Marcos (recommend) . Relating to Silvia and very friendly and helpful. I'll come back because this time it rained and I couldn't enjoy much.
