Great place and Pataua is magic. Graham's place is terrific and kept meticulously. It was peaceful and well appointed. Very functional and well supplied kitchen and great grill on the lovely deck. We were only able to stay a couple nights but this was a great spot to see Pataua from.

Great stay at the Black and White Suites in Matakana. Location lovely and quiet, yet only minutes to the village with access to shops and restaurants. With a car, lots to see and do in the surroundings. Loved Brick Bay Sculpture Walk (amazing native forest) and Sculpturem also really interesting. Property well described; very comfortable bed and sofa for hanging out. Had small fridge and able to make a coffee or have some toast in the room. Would highly recommend for short stays in the village.

Andrea and Mike were very kind and responsive. The couple run the place rather efficiently and respond to the customers' requests very quickly. We found that the ensuite bathroom was a little smelly and the hosts were trying all their means to eliminate the odour for us and even offered to switch to another available suite for us - surely they care for their customers. Thank you Andrea and Mike, we had a great time at the kohinui cottage! Kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the hot tub, amazing place to be!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at David & Linleys. Great location for beach access, the Mediterranean courtyard was more even stunning in person. Great hosts, very thoughtful. We’d love to stay again

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Alysn. The apartment was spotless and we had everything we could think of to have a pleasant stay. Well equipped kitchen and lovely beds. Lots of extra things we could borrow like boogie boards, beach tents, cool bag, beach chairs and towels. We felt very welcome and wish we had more time to spend here. We visited Tawharanui regional park and had a wonderful time doing eco walk and enjoying the beach.

Very kind and friendly hosts, communication is great. They were open to us checking in a little earlier. Those home touches are devine, breakfast and hit drinks provided made us feel at home. Very private accom and our privacy is always respected. We will continue to book with Sue and Murray in the future

Had a lovely short day with Sandi. I was looking for somewhere dog friendly, quiet and with a spa pool. This place ticked all the boxes - quiet, peaceful, lots of trees and birds chirping, huge spa and fully enclosed for my dog. Sandi is a delightful host - very friendly, accommodating, excellent communication and very responsive. Also had nice goodies to eat and drink. We even had drinks and a great chat with her and her husband :) highly recomend this host and venue :)

My stay was fabulous. The apartment was roomy, clean and the place had all the amenities to include a washing machine. The walk down to the beach at the end of the day was a most welcome way to relax after a busy day at work. Great communication and privacy. I will be back. It's a wonderful stay.

Beautiful place everything you need inside to be comfortable for a few days. Lovely and peaceful. I didn’t look at the map so my error it is a bit further away then we expected but definitely beautiful when u get there.

We loved this spacious Studio and especially all the amenities in the kitchen and fridge. This Location is a good starting point exploring the Orewa area. Adriana is a perfect host and the communication was so nice. Our recommendation: GO THERE.

The scenery outside is absolutely picturesque, offering stunning views that bring you full relax and peace. Room is warm and cozy. With other items such as BBQ grill and sayna supplied for use. Jodie and Gary gave timely and precise response and protect privacy. A spot definitely worth return to.

Great place with amazing views. Check in and out instructions were clear and place is easy to find - all went so smoothly we didn't have to message the owners once. Inside it was clean, well decorated, comfy and had all the necessary appliances and kitchen bits and bobs. As we visited in the winter we were ready for a cold building, but didn't end up using any of the super warm stuff we brought bc the heating was very efficient. Would love to visit again in the summer and enjoy the pool and spend more time admiring the view from the balcony!

I had the most wonderful two week stay at Raewyn’s Air BnB. It’s in a lovely neighbourhood, with close access to public transport. Raewyn is such a great host; she and her partner are so kind and friendly, and she checked in to see if I was okay after some particularly stormy weather! The accommodation is lovely - very clean and comfortable, with everything you could possibly need for a great stay. I will definitely be back! Thank you so much! :)

We would highly recommend this calm and tranquil apartment. Jules was so kind from beginning to end. Her place was spotless and perfect for our 5 day stay. She made us feel at home, yet respected our privacy so we had a restful holiday. Easy walk into the village with lots of shops, cafe's and restaurants.
