Stay in August. Very well located chalet between Le Grand Bornand and Le Chinaillon (Boulangerie++ and closer than Gd B.) Perfect for hiking and cycling. Very well equipped kitchen. Spacious living room and bedrooms. Quiet, with the doors closed because it's below a busy road. Not unsafe for children as access is via a private road. 1 closed garage, with electric outlet and shoe dryer. Nearest Intermarche in Les Villards sur Thônes. Well stocked.

How lucky we were to stay in this perfectly located cocoon. What a pleasure to eat on the terrace, with the birds singing, the sheep bells and the gentle sound of the river. The area is a gem. I would 100% recommend!

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

A peaceful and charming place! The apartment is beautifully decorated, functional and perfectly equipped with everything you need to have a great stay. The place is quiet, ideal for resting, and you feel good there right away. I highly recommend, and I would be happy to come back! Marie

Very pleasant stay in a beautiful setting. The accommodation is very nicely decorated and gives a warm atmosphere. We felt very quickly in a cocoon. It is also very well equipped. Access to ski slopes is easy or by Shuttle near the apartment or a few minutes by car. Renaud and his wife are pleasant and present when needed. A nice place. 👍

Nadine’s place was just right for the two of us. It had a nice bedroom, lounge and dining area. The kitchen was very well equipped, bathroom was clean and spacious too, with a good shower. The apartment is a self contained part of a larger chalet, set on a hillside overlooking the valley with spectacular views. It is about a 5 mins drive to the village of Manigod. We love this area and would happily stay with Nadine again.

Thank you to Gérard for his warm welcome and availability. The accommodation is comfortable, very well equipped and impeccably clean. We also enjoyed the outdoor terraces, one of which is covered, the quiet, the only noises being the torrent, the birds and the bells of the cows in the distance. We strongly recommend this cottage.

The apartment is as advertised. Great value for money.😊 Benjamin's explanations were clear and with the key box device this allows for flexible check-in and checkout. I recommend and will be sure to contact Benjamin again if I have to come back to Manigo.

Perfect! Just one downside on the hot water tank that does not support more than 2 showers at a time. But the communication was perfect, it was enough to wait 30 minutes for the water to heat up again!

Clean, well equipped apartment with beautiful views and surroundings. We loved having breakfast in the balcony. Walking trails starts at the door step. Hosts were very thoughtful and there were some groceries on our arrival, which was very convenient. Nice little shops full of local produce. We recommend this place everyone who likes nature and a peaceful place to stay, not far away from the hustle and bustle from Annecy, which is about 45 min by car.

Great location. Amazing view! Quiet surroundings and neighborhood. Easy walk to the village and waterfront. Fun restaurants to walk to. Great hiking and biking in the area.

we were blown away by this place - the view is absolutely amazing. the house was spotless and very well equipped. the nearest village was an 8 minute drive, and there is a market on on Saturday mornings. annecy was around 30 mins drive into the centre. the host was very good at communicating and also gave us our space which we appreciated- also very accomadating as we were travelling with a baby they kindly let us check in a little earlier. the only thing I would give as feedback to the host, there is no shade in the garden, and as we were blessed with gorgeous sunshine throughout our stay, we enjoyed eating our dinner and letting our baby play outside - maybe an umbrella or parasol over the decking would be an added touch. overall wonderful stay and would 100% recommend.

We had a great time at the Grattague at Wilfried's place. Her warm and well laid out apartment is located in a quiet location. From the balcony, magnificent views of Mont Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi. Hiking departure at the foot of the residence. Wilfried is an attentive and caring host. Thanks again!
