Wir waren für 5 Tage in Izmir Konak. Unser aufenthalt in der Wohnung war sehr schön waren sehr zufrieden. Alles wie in der Anzeige beschrieben, Erwartungen wie auf dem Fotos, war es alles Perfekt. Die Gastgebern Frau Tülin und die Frau Hazal waren sehr nett, freundlich, hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war sehr gepflegt, sauber, es gab alles was man braucht von A-Z. Die Lage ist direkt Zentral in Izmir-Alsancak, zu Fuß kommt man überall hin. Nochmals Vielen Dank für alles.

Metaxia güler yüzlü, sıcakkanlı ve dost canlısı bir ev sahibiydi. Ev fotoğraflarda görüldüğü gibi, yeni, tertemiz ve çok kullanışlıydı. Ada’nın en güzel plajına yürüyerek 5 dakika mesafedeydi. Mahalle çok sakin ve huzur doluydu. 4 gün boyunca çok keyifli bir tatil geçirdik. Metaxia bize bölgedeki görülmesi gereken yerler hakkında detaylı bilgi verdi. Tekrar geldiğimizde yine burada konaklayacağımızdan çok eminiz.

très bel appartement. ambiance assurée. on y dort très bien. Propriétaire très sympathique. Tout petit bémol, nettoyage à revoir et petite taque électrique pour cuisiner. n'hésitez pas, moi j'y retournerai avec grand plaisir ♥️

It is one of the best places I have stayed so far. The location is very good and very clean. The host is a very good person and behaved very well. I will choose it again on our next visit to Izmir.

we enjoyed our stay 2 adults and 2 kids enough space, 10 min walk to grocery stores. very enjoyable staying in the garden, my kids loved the hammock. everything that you would need in a kitchen. 10min drive to the send beach great for kids ( entrance 450 TL per adult). restaurants where in the neighbourhood, you even have a paediatric dr across the street 😁I totally recommend the place

Sığacık’taki eviniz ifadesine bu kadar yakışan bir evde konaklamış olmaktan çok mutluyum. Özlem hanım’a düşünülmüş olan tüm ayrıntılar ve sıcak iletişimi için çok çok teşekkür ediyorum. Fotoğraflardan çok daha güzel bir evde konakladım. Her şey mükemmeldi. Mutfak eşyaları eksiksiz ve içinize sinerek kullanabileceğiniz eşyalardı. Temizlik mükemmeldi. Evin lokasyonu harikaydı. Sığacık gibi güzel bir lokasyonda harika bir evde 7 gece konaklamak benim için harika bir tatil ve dinlenme oldu… Çok teşekkür ediyorum Tekrar görüşmek dileklerimle…

Atilla’s communication is 5 stars - everything was super easy and he was very responsive at all times and arranged everything to be as easy as possible. The place is beautiful and has good amenities, market and coffee shops close by. You can reach the metro in 10 minute walk (although don’t follow Google maps directions!) highly recommended and will definitely stay in Atilla’s place again. Thanks so much! ☺️

This apartment was our first stop on our Turkish Riviera trip, and overall, it was a great experience. Everything was clean, well-organized, and nicely decorated with a cool vibe. One of the best features is the stunning view overlooking the sea port it definitely added something special to our stay. The apartment itself is in a great location in the heart of İzmir, in the Konak area, which makes it super convenient for exploring the city. The host was also excellent he messaged me, checked in to see if we needed anything, and was very welcoming. The only downside for us was that it’s a bit far from good swimming spots. We ended up driving about 30 to 45 minutes to Çeşme to find a nice beach, which was totally worth it because we spent the whole day there and had a great time. So if you’re planning to explore Çeşme during the day and come back to İzmir in the evening, this place is actually a great base. Overall, I’d give it a solid 6/10

Haziran ayında Alper’in evinde bir hafta kaldık ve çok memnun kaldık. Ev plaja ve Migros’a çok yakın. Bir haftalık kalmak için gereken her şey vardı. Temizdi, düzenliydi, fazladan havlu, tuvalet kağıdı ve diğer ihtiyaçlar düşünülmüştü. Güzel bir balkon terası vardı, yemeklerimizin çoğunu orada yedik. Giriş ve çıkış işlemleri de çok kolaydı. Herkese çok tavsiye ederiz! Kemal beye teşekkür ederiz!

This is the second time that I’ve stayed at this apartment. It’s in the city center, so close to the port. And clean always.. that’s why I prefer to stay there again. And Reigerts mom so friendly and helpful, ready to answer quickly. There is only one thing minus, the neighbour is little bit noisy, she was talking in the middle of the night with a man on street by hours.. Its like she is talking in your room because of the narrow street and soundproofing problem I guess.. But of course it’s not problem related with the host.

Öncelikle Fatma Hanım gerçekten çok iyi bir ev sahibi. Çok cana yakın, hoşgörülü, güler yüzlü, kibar bir hanımefendi. Her fırsatta bir ihtiyacım olup olmadığını sordu. Çok yardımcı oldu. Bir sabah krep bile ikram etti bana. Çok iyi ağırlandım. Ev tam anlamıyla tertemizdi. Havlulardan yatağa, gardolabından mutfak araç gereçlerine kadar tertemizdi. Giriş çıkışlar konusunda herhangi bir sorun yaşamadım. Fatma Hanım da sağolsun esnek davrandı. Mutfak araç gereçleri gayet yeterli. Son derece sessiz, sakin ve huzurlu bir muhit. Denize birkaç dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Denizi gayet güzel. Ferah ve tertemiz bir havası var. Foça merkeze araba ile birkaç dakikalık mesafede. Market de 5-10 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde. Benim için baştan aşağı harika ve sorunsuz bir konaklamaydı.

Boravak je bio ugodan. Posteljina je divno mirisala. Usluga koju pruza osoblje je odlicna, odmah dodju da odklone bilo kakvu smetnju. Boravit cu ovde opet.

Absolutely gorgeous, modern villa built into a cliff. Amazing views of the cliffs and ocean, and brand new, modern interiors. Penny was extremely responsive and friendly— dealing smoothly with a last minute flight delay on our end, and checking us in quickly. It’s not immediately clear from the photos (because the 2 bedrooms are similar/the same in layout and size), but there are in fact 2 full bedrooms each with their own bathroom + shower, plus a spacious living room in between with another bathroom attached. A great, spacious layout. The one thing to call out is that the road down to the villa is a bit steep, but it’s well-constructed and paved. But I’d expect something like that for such a modern villa built into a cliff with such incredible views on a Greek island. Would not hesitate to book again.

Konaklama sırasında ihtiyaçlarımız görüldü ve açıklamada yazılan şekilde ekstra bir çaba oluşmadan giris yapabildik. Ayrıca evin temizligi ve olanaklari gayet yeterliydi.

Çok memnun kaldım kesinlikle tavsiye ederim temizdi…

Notre séjour était parfait, très belle villa en plein centre ville de Mitilini, l'hôte a été très réactif à la moindre de nos demandes. Tout était propre, et correspondait à la description. L'environnement pouvait être un peu bruyant mais c'est le jeu en étant en plein centre ville.

Her şey özellikle balkon muhteşemdi sadece belediyenin zamanzız yol düzenlenmesi vardı deniz kıyısı için oda ev sahibiyle alakası olmayan bir şey ama biz çok memnun kaldık hoşgörülü ev sahipleri teşekkür ederiz

Great location! Cool sleep in the basement in hot summer was very good! :)
