Holiday rentals with a patio in Manisa Merkez

we enjoyed our stay 2 adults and 2 kids enough space, 10 min walk to grocery stores. very enjoyable staying in the garden, my kids loved the hammock. everything that you would need in a kitchen. 10min drive to the send beach great for kids ( entrance 450 TL per adult). restaurants where in the neighbourhood, you even have a paediatric dr across the street 😁I totally recommend the place

We booked this beautiful accommodation for 4 nights. The hostess was very nice and we were even able to check in earlier. It felt right at home. The accommodation is in a quiet area where you can easily unwind. Once again, thank you to the wonderful hostess. She was very warm and welcomed us very warmly and also said goodbye. Our children and we have taken them to heart. We will definitely be back!!

Perfect location for exploring Urla Art street (5 minutes away) and the surrounding area. Quiet residential area, bright and clean flat, fully equipped with all needs and free parking. The apartment has a smart tv for some cozy Netflix nights if you want to stay in. Supermarkets, restaurants and cafes all around the corner easily reachable. There is also an airco and big terrace. Mr Ümit was super responsive, friendly and welcoming. His parents live downstairs and were very helpful and nice. We would definitely come back.

First of all, I would like to thank Ms. Buket very much. The house was clean and quite tidy, Ms. Buket was a host with strong communication, the neighborhood residents were friendly and helpful people. The food and beverage stands set up just above made my shopping very convenient, it was a very nice experience for me, I recommend Urlay and especially Ms. Buket with peace of mind.

The description of the guests' favorite is absolutely true... We changed our holiday date and rented the house and had a very nice holiday experience. The house was completely as described and as in the photos, it was quite authentic and clean. It was a very nice house consisting of 2 spacious rooms, a living room, a toilet and a kitchen, with its own toilet and bathroom, where 2 couples could easily stay. We enjoyed the cherry liqueur our host left for us while sitting in the courtyard in the evening... Our hosts were also very hospitable, they answered all our questions quickly and with interest... Thank you very much.

I am staying at Mr. Erol's place for the second time. Two friends stayed here before, now I wanted to stay here with my wife. The reason I prefer this place again is the reliability and hospitality of Mr. Erol, beyond the location and view. You can find beautiful views elsewhere, but you can't find a loving host. Everything was sufficiently clean. Even the cats are peaceful. This is a place where we are happy. I hope that in the future, we will all be vigorous, cultured, self-improving, and respectful individuals like Mr. Erol. There is a lot to learn from cats. We would like to thank him very much for hosting us and for all our conversations.

The apartment was located in the old neighborhood of Izmir. It was very quiet and spacious. The apartment has two floors plus a roof top access to view the sunset, cruise ship etc. It was walking distance to the taxi stand , close to the train station and broad walk where the locals go fishing, jogging, ride etc. Just a reminder you will walk some steep hills to get to and from the train station. We were received and greeted by his assistant Mr. Nihat. He was very humble, useful and delighted to welcome us to Izmir. I would highly recommend.

Since my own house is very small, I was looking for a place for my daughter's engagement ceremony around Izmir. Although I came across this house that smells of history, I really wanted to use this house in my organization. However, I was very hesitant that they would allow us to hold such a ceremony. Mr. Mehmet was helpful and friendly, he immediately offered solutions to any problems we had, and in the course of time, he added to our happiness with his experiences in this historical house. We are very grateful to the hosts in this regard. The location was great, everywhere was clean and perfect. If you are in Izmir, I think you should leave a few experiences in this house...

The accommodation is located in the port of Mytilene, only 20 minutes from the airport. You can find parking and move around the alleys that are full of fast food, restaurants and cafes. It was spotless and provided all the comforts. I will definitely choose it again.

We stayed in Mytilene and absolutely loved the place we stayed at. The check-in was super easy, the balcony was so romantic, and the bed was really comfortable.
