Thanks to its stone structure, it offers a cool atmosphere in summer and a warm and pleasant atmosphere in winter. You can enjoy nature in the garden. Ulamış chalet

A mini chalet with a magnificent view of the village and the pond, where you can enjoy by the fireplace in winter. 5 minutes to Ulamış village center. A Chalet with a great location 20 minutes from the seaside such as Seferihisar, Sığacık, Akarca, and beach clubs (places such as Sahil Beach, Mali Beach, Akkum Beach). You can taste the famous Karakılçık ata bread and Armola Cheese baked in the stone oven of the village, and visit our village market. Note: We have 2 cats in the garden of our house that were later included in our house.

Our detached villa with heated pool is designed for a peaceful holiday for 9 people in 5 rooms and 3 bathrooms. It has a 9×4 m heated 24-hour pool. It offers a pleasant holiday in a 540 m2 detached garden. It is 6.5 km from the center of Eskifoça. It has its own vehicle garage. There are 3 bathrooms. One of them is a large common double sink, the other two are private bathrooms belonging to the rooms. There are 4 air conditioners in our villa. We are happy to host you to make beautiful memories in our villa.

Kösedere is a hidden village located on a slope 8 minutes away by car from the sea to protect it from attacks from the sea in ancient times. You can taste local delicacies such as gözleme and pastries in the cafes in the charming square in this village where the series was shot. Its people are extremely friendly and helpful. Kaynarpınar, below the village, resembles a small Greek port with its crystal clear sea.
