You can find us on social media as "bir foça evi". Our house is located in a garden with a sea view, surrounded by 1.5 acres of olive and fruit trees. All our rooms have been renovated this year. Each room is air-conditioned. The pool is completely for your private use It is 6 km from the center of Foça and is surrounded by nature. We offer boutique hotel comfort with 4 sun loungers, a large pavilion, swing and seating area in the outdoor area. We are waiting for you to make unforgettable memories by enjoying a barbecue with your family and friends.

Our house is a private village house located in Karaot Village in the Torbalı district of İzmir, reflecting the village character with its stone architecture. It has been prepared for our guests who want to enjoy a calm and peaceful stay surrounded by nature, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Thanks to its stone structure, it offers a cool atmosphere in summer and a warm and pleasant atmosphere in winter. You can enjoy nature in the garden. An ideal destination for those seeking a quiet, romantic getaway surrounded by nature. 🌿

Ulamış chalet

A mini chalet with a magnificent view of the village and the pond, where you can enjoy by the fireplace in winter. 5 minutes to Ulamış village center. A Chalet with a great location 20 minutes from the seaside such as Seferihisar, Sığacık, Akarca, and beach clubs (places such as Sahil Beach, Mali Beach, Akkum Beach). You can taste the famous Karakılçık ata bread and Armola Cheese baked in the stone oven of the village, and visit our village market. Note: We have 2 cats in the garden of our house that were later included in our house.

Grand House

Our house is located in a 4,000 square meter garden in the forest and has 2 floors, 400 m2, 5 rooms, 3 bathrooms, an open kitchen and a living room. Along with many alternatives in the surrounding area, it offers the opportunity to be in touch with nature away from the noise of the city. Our house is heated by a central fireplace system. When the fireplaces are lit, the heat goes to all the radiators. We also have a kitchen stove in our winter garden and electric heaters in the rooms. Please specify the number of guests when booking.
