There is often wildlife to be seen such as birds, squirrels, deer, also birds, bees and a few bugs. There’s a tree that provides a shaded area, and chairs to sit on and relax and enjoy outside. We love our neighbors down the alley. One of our neighbors builds tiny homes!

Little House In Manitou is located on Ruxton Avenue, just a short distance from awesome hiking, 5 minutes to the Manitou Incline, the Pikes Peak Cog Railway and the Iron Springs Chateau. It's within walking distance of historic downtown Manitou Springs, where you can enjoy restaurants, shops, bars and recreational activities.
