Our family had an absolutely wonderful experience. The location made all of the local attractions such as the zoo, Pike’s Peak or Bust rodeo, Pike’s Peak, Garden of the Gods, and Broadmoor, easily accessible. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and beautifully landscaped yard. The home was sparkling clean and offered every imaginable amenity from games to a projection room to upgraded appliances. Expectations and instructions for everything in the home were clearly communicated which I appreciated. We would definitely like to stay here again next year during the rodeo!

Place was great, nice residential neighborhood. Worked well for our family to explore different things to do around Colorado Springs, and was a great place to hang out and rest up for the day so we could adventure again the next day. Hot tub was nice, and the master suite was exceptional, especially the shower and tub. Plenty of room for our family of 6 to enjoy time together but have space apart as well. Kitchen had PLENTY of pots and pans and knives and cutting boards for us to cook, and we love to cook our own food on vacation to save money. We visited in winter or we would have spent a bunch of time when we were there in the pool as well.

Our 2nd time at the place and we love it. It was perfect for a group of men going to a conference.

Must pick location for families with kids and outdoor entertaining! The space is well thought out for family gatherings. Host has done a fantastic job putting this home together. The outdoor space is unmatched! You will not find a better patio and outdoor entertaining space. Neighborhood is quiet and close to necessary shopping. Host is super responsive and very friendly. House instructions were very clear. Everything was well labeled and easy to use. Great kitchen and indoor space. Highly recommend this home. Heated pool. Great! Hot tub. Awesome! Trampoline, play house. Kids loved it. Back deck was amazing. TV, propane heaters, mood lighting, outdoor stereo, ceiling fan. Bathrooms and showers were really nice. Plenty of hot water. Appliances were great. Luggage racks were a bonus. Would absolutely stay again. Rent this place!

This was the perfect stay in Colorado Springs, and one of the only options that checked all our boxes. We found it to be a great value. Additionally, it’s across the street from a few restaurants & brewery.

We had a lovely evening at Andy’s house! Very spacious and comfy for our group of friends. Had a nice time cooking dinner in the kitchen. Incredible proximity to Garden of the Gods and lots of other things to do in the area.

Nate and Aaron provided us with an amazing weekend get-away destination. Location was peaceful and very easy to find. We were greeted with a friendly set of deer's on our first morning there. Location is not far away from restaurants and entertainment. Highly recommend as everything matches the description. If you're coming from a city and looking for something outdoors, look no further and book before it's too late. Would definitely re-book if ever in Colorado Springs again

We felt right at home. It was wonderful to come home to a cozy backyard and hot tub after a day of touring.

The views of Pikes Peak & Garden of the Gods was beautiful! Our stay was very enjoyable. It’s so close to all the fun outdoor activities in Manitou springs and Old Colorado City. The hosts were very responsive and very helpful, especially when we needed a little help with logging into the TV. It was really rainy weather so we spent some time watching movies. The hot tub & deck areas were clean and a great space for relaxing. I’d stay again!

Our stay was comfortable & peaceful. Safe neighborhood. The house is very clean, fully stocked & super organized. Unfortunately some of the rules & potential fees to incur took away from a total stress free experience. Also, the no shoes rule threw us off but luckily my sister had enough socks for us to wear around the house so we didn't have to buy extras or do laundry.

One of the best Airbnbs we've ever stayed at! Terrific location - so close to everything both in Manitou Springs and Colorado Springs. We loved the nearby horse farm and also watching deer from the charming upstairs deck. It was a treat to go for my morning run with the trail to Garden of the Gods just up the road. The home itself is so cozy and has everything you need. We had plenty of space for our party of 4 (husband + 2 teens). Home was spotless and so well-equipped. Loved the wine fridge and the snacks/water were much appreciated as we arrived at night and needed a pick-me-up. We were in town to attend our son's graduation at Colorado College and hence were out and about most of the time - this was the perfect place to come back to for rest and only wish we had more "down" time to spend even more time there. This was me and my girlfriends first time staying at a air bnb and I don't think we could have had a better experience!! It was better than what we expected and it didn't feel like we were staying in someone else's house! It really was cozy and felt like home! The 420 supplies was a nice surprise and being able to have 6 dogs and 4 adults without extra fees, can't beat it!! Sue was very responsive any time I had a question and we loved that she wanted pictures of all the dogs!! We will be staying again yearly!!
