Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Our house is only half a block from Minnesota State University and we especially enjoy hosting the families of Maverick athletes. Campus Vue was previously owned by the family of a Mav football player and was lovingly renovated by them. There are lots of good Maverick vibes in this home. Nice 2 bedroom/1 bathroom duplex locally close to MSU and downtown Mankato with lots of restaurants and parks close by. One bedroom has a king sized bed and the other has full sized bunk beds. Dining room table for 4 and a bar that sits 2. Patio to the side of the duplex with chairs located in the garage to relaxing in the evenings.

My sisters, mom and I stayed here for our annual girl's weekend and we felt right at home. We enjoyed staying in playing games but also there was a winery right down the road that was amazing. We had all the amenities we needed, house was clean, and lots of space. I loved that there was things for all ages, not that we had children with us, but that isn't something you always find when planning with young children. We would most definitely go back and stay again!

Five stars isn’t enough for this place. We loved our stay at Janelle’s house. She was so responsive to all of our messages (both prior to and during our stay) providing us with helpful information for our arrival/checkin and stay. The house is beautiful. From the moment we walked in it felt like home. It is clean, comfortable and well stocked for all of your needs. There are so many cozy spots to curl up and read, and a huge kitchen with everything you need. The location couldn’t be better, just a few minutes walk from the center of town and lots of shops, bars and restaurants and a great new brewery. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and will definitely be going back!

This cabin was very comfortable and in a great location with a wonderful view. Everything from the chairs and toys down at the beach to the patio overlooking the lake, as well as the utensils, spices, dishware, and tub of toys in the living room was set up to be especially convenient. The house was very well supplied with towels and linens, and the beds were cozy.

Our family of 6 spent 5 days in bliss. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could ever need and more. There was so much for the kids to do between the water toys, fishing, shuffleboard table and so many boardgames and even video games to choose from. The fishing was EXCELLENT! "Comfortable and right at home" doesnt even do it justice. We were beyond comfortable with all this place had to offer. Matt was so awesome and responded to any questions or concerns we had long before we even got there :) My kids were raving the whole way home and asked if we could go back there but for longer next time. I highly recommend this sweet lakeside get away to anyone who wants a private piece of paradise. Sunsets on the dock woth your honey, catch some fish, have a fire, and have fun. Thats what we did :) Thank you so much Matt and Ashley for letting us stay at your beautiful home!

The house has a nice view of the lake and has a lot of amenities. We enjoyed the fire pit at night and the deck in the morning. It was great to have a garage to park our cars and bikes in. We biked right from the house to the Sakatah trail.
