Sit back and relax – in this quiet, stylish accommodation with its own garden, sauna and hot tub and direct access to the hiking trails in the beautiful Harz Mountains. The colorful city of Wernigerode with its cultural and culinary offerings and the beautiful half-timbered houses is within walking distance (about 10 to 15 minutes). Our vacation home was completed in the summer of 2025 and offers every comfort (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, underfloor heating, fireplace, open kitchen/dining area).

Gänsetrappe - Vacation in a monument

Immerse yourself in a world of the past. The Gänsetrappe is a 335-year-old individual monument in the old town of Ballenstedt. The house is detached on the approximately 1000 square meter property at the end of a dead end road. The originality has been preserved as much as possible and carefully combined with the contemporary requirements of a cozy vacation home. Grafscher Hof

Our beautiful apartment is located on the 1st floor of an old barn on our farm! We have an outdoor pool heated with wood on site for all our guests, as well as a terrace with enough space for 10 people and a grill / campfire! A baker is located in the village and further shopping facilities can be reached in about 10 minutes by car.
