From May 10th to June 24th, façade work will be carried out on the building. During this period, scaffolding will be erected around the house. The flat is lovingly furnished and has a large balcony with a breathtaking view. Situated a few hundred metres away from St. Andreasberg, it is wonderfully quiet, yet everything is within walking distance. The central location means you can quickly get to the city center. In the living area, you can end the day with a crackling fireplace in the cold season (wood is provided by the host). In the warm season, you can make yourself comfortable on the large terrace (for your use only) with a glass of wine.

Unter der Dachschräge befindet sich eine Küchenecke, die für einfache Gerichte, Kaffee/Tee ausgestattet ist. Im Bad Dusche und WC, im SZ ein Holz-Bett 140x200 cm mit neuer höherer Matratze +Topper und 1 Schrank. Im WZ steht eine Eckcouch, die Platz für 1 Person zum schlafen bietet, 1 Sessel, TV und ein Essplatz für 3 Personen. W-Lan vorhanden.

The fully developed construction trailer, the separate bathhouse and the spacious terrace offer especially families and larger groups a good combination of togetherness & activity. Since it is a property in nature, everything is never perfect or completely finished - but everything built and laid out with love.

Skulpturen und Kunstwerke in der Ferienwohnung erinnern noch heute an sein Schaffen und verleihen dem Haus seinen besonderen Charakter. Der große Garten und die ruhige Lage am Wald laden zu erholsamen Tagen mit Familie oder Freunden ein.

A double bedroom and a shower room are located on the sloping floor and are accessible via a rustic staircase from the first floor.
