Great spot! Right above coffee shop and overlooked the sound. Walking distance from the main duck strip of restaurants and to the beach.

Our family had a wonderful trip to Manteo - and Faryn's place was fantastic. Great location with beautiful views. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Faryn was very helpful and responsive and helped make our vacation a relaxing, stress-free week! We hope to come back another time.

We loved our stay at James’ condo. The location is away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough to get to everything within minutes. The condo itself is directly across from the pool, which was perfect for us. Our kids loved walking around the marina and watching all the boats. The condo is updated, very clean, and had everything we needed. James was very responsive with any questions we had. We can’t wait to go back!

Such a great location and apt. Super cute and lots of kitchen equipment for making something at home or reheating leftovers. Close to downtown Manteo which was super fun. Love the beach island vibes of it all. The property is awesome. Very dog and kid friendly.

Loved our stay here. Great place to get away for a quick weekend to enjoy the Outer Banks in the fall. The proximity to the beach and the bit of a view we had was great (even saw some dolphins,) and the condo had everything we needed. Would 100% stay here again when we're back in town.

The view from the large balcony is spectacular and the location is perfect! You’re right on the beach and not next to a public access, so even on the holiday weekend it wasn’t too crowded. We were also able to walk and bike to great restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Chris and Karen’s place was very clean and well-equipped, with thoughtful touches. It was a perfect couple’s retreat. We will certainly stay here again!

Great stay, thank you! This community had miles of boardwalks to walk, and the fitness center is across the street, with full equipment for a good workout, and easy to access. The view is amazing! No issues with anything. Kitchen had both a blender and a Keurig. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was very relaxing! Thanks :)

This was a very nice condo in a neighborhood with numerous amenities. There were several pools, tennis/pickleball courts, and a fitness center. We were able to take long walks throughout the scenic neighborhood. The condo was very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beachfront Jeff’s property , and I must say, it was an absolute delight! From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the stunning views and the soothing sound of the ocean waves. The location of the property was perfect - just steps away from the sandy beach. The accommodation itself was impeccable. The owners had thoughtfully designed the space to provide all the necessary comforts of home. I can't wait to return in the near future!

This was a second time staying at Salty Shenanigans and we had another fantastic stay! Beautiful upgrades were made this year to the unit. Condo is super clean and includes all of the amenities. Cost is worth having the ability to walk to the pool, beach and back again without getting in the car. Our 3 year old loves the splash pad and zero entry pool.

Wonderful host, easy to communicate and get in touch with. You get a lot for the money here, condo was clean, had everything we needed, the pool/recreations area was such a bonus, we loved it!! The area around is filled with lots of restaurants, shops, sights, and of course the beach! Wonder time in OBX!! Thank you so much!! Would gladly stay again!

We love the outer banks and feel like locals everytime we visit. That said, we have stayed at different locations and places and this is by far the best! Heidi is a great host paying attention to all the small details making you feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door. You never need to worry about forgetting something you left behind, she has thought of it all, which is much appreciated.

Beautiful home in a beautiful location. Easy beach access, gated community that was quiet and exceptionally clean. Everyone found their beds to be super comfortable and the house was spotless and very relaxing. All around great place! Would gladly return and recommend to others.

We had an incredible weekend getaway at this lovely townhouse in the Outer Banks. The place was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained—perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the coast. The layout was great, with plenty of natural light and a cozy vibe that made it feel like home right away. One of the highlights was access to the clubhouse, which added an extra level of fun and convenience to our stay! The host was communicative, friendly, and made check-in a breeze. Everything was exactly as described (if not better), and we felt very well taken care of throughout the weekend. Note: The townhouse does have stairs, so it may not be ideal for guests with mobility issues—but if you're able to handle stairs, I can’t recommend this place enough. Perfect for couples, friends, or small families looking for a relaxing Outer Banks escape!

My family had a great time. The house was very clean, beautiful and matched the pictures and description exactly. The pool and jacuzzi was amazing and added extra value to our stay. The balconies were well designed to give a wonderful view of the beautiful landscaping of the community. All of the amenities including the games and movies were very thoughtful and provided a home away from home feeling. We had a ball and most importantly made everlasting memories.

Great neighborhood and location. The house was perfect for our family Christmas for 14 guests and 2 pups. Kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean. Awesome having the extra fridge and dishwasher. We would definitely book again!

The house has everything you need for a perfect beach vacation! The pool, hot tub, and club house were great amenities. Place was clean, spacious, and a in great location. Neighbors were friendly and grounds were well kept. Areca was a great host! She went above and beyond to make our stay even better. We can’t wait to come back!

This location is perfect for families. It’s a stone’s throw away from Kitty Hawk and Duck, an amazing water park, and fantastic amenities like a pool, tennis, pickleball courts, gym and more. Love Wendy’s place!

Great place and location for a family trip. In the middle of everything, easy to get anywhere. The property had plenty of room, and an amazing area for kids upstairs. Host was very responsive and helped with lots of tips and recommendations. Pool area was a hit with the kids too!
