Die Unterkunft liegt wie oftmals erwähnt mitten in der Stadt und bietet eine lebendige Atmosphäre, da Geschäfte und Cafés / Restaurants sehr nah gelegen sind - dies bietet somit wunderbare Möglichkeiten, sich draußen aufzuhalten, auch ohne dass die Unterkunft selbst eine Möglichkeit hat, draußen zu sitzen. Man kann das trubelige Stadtleben somit voll und ganz miterleben. Für einen erholsameren Schlaf empfehle ich Menschen mit leichtem Schlaf oder „Nicht-Städtern“ jedoch Ohrstöpsel :) Alles, was man braucht, ist sorgfältig und durchdacht vorhanden. Auch wenn kein Fernseher vorhanden ist und der Handyempfang begrenzt sein kann, bietet das WLAN die Möglichkeit,mit einem (eigenen) Tablet oder Laptop auf Streaming-Dienste zuzugreifen. Die Vermieterin hat uns persönlich begrüßt und wir haben sehr viele hilfreiche Tipps zur Erkundung der Umgebung bekommen. Ich bin der Vermieterin ebenfalls sehr dankbar für ihre hilfsbereite und entgegenkommende Art in einem Moment der Unachtsamkeit.

Hands down best air bnb expirence so far! Carlos was a perfect host. He gave me a personal tour round the town once we had settled in which was great! He was very welcoming and really made our holiday one to remember. Would 100% recommend.

Our stay was everything we hoped for. The apartment was clean, well provisioned, and close to everything. Maria was helpful and attentive to our needs. She reached out with worthwhile guidance and recommendations and was careful not to be overly intrusive of our time. Fijn verblijf, schoon, ruim, licht, luiken voor de ramen aan de straatkant tegen licht en geluid. Airco overal is erg fijn! De douchecabines verdienen wat aandacht aangezien het water de cabines uit liep. Centrum is beloopbaar met 20/25 minuten. Verder een compleet appartement en veel ruimte voor 6 personen!

Communication with Ann was excellent! We had a power issue on the morning of our checkout, but she responded quickly and provided clear instructions to resolve it. The apartment is in a great location as most major attractions were within walking distance. Plus, having a convenience store right next to the building was super handy. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable stay!

We hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf. De locatie was ideaal, alles op loopafstand. Bij aankomst werden wij blij verrast door de foldertjes over Verona, een leuke extra. De communicatie met Gabriele verliep vlot en soepel.

Zdecydowanie polecam! Miejsce bardzo klimatyczne, super wyposażone w świetnej lokalizacji. Piękny i ogromny ogród z którego można podziwiać jezioro i góry. Dzieci były zachwycone. Właścicielka miła i bardzo pomocna, na bieżąco informowała nas o ciekawych wydarzeniach.

Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Es entsprach alles unseren Wünschen und Anforderungen und hat diese sogar übertroffen. Der Service war super und eindwandrei.

Een prachtige en vooral rustige plek! Vanuit de tuin heb je een prachtig uitzicht op de heuvels en wijngaarden. In het huisje is alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Wij hebben het erg naar ons zin gehad in de woning van Dario en Paola!

Andrea’s place was wonderful. Nice walk to the heart of Verona, but the apartment (basically a house) is very spacious with much appreciated parking. Arrive and leave the car to explore the wonderful city of Verona!!! Highly recommend.

Ottimo alloggio, vicino a molte attrazioni della zona, come i parchi di divertimento Gardaland, Caneva, Movieland. Casa nuova, ben curata e ben arredata. Host molto cordiale, reattivo e gentile! Consigliatissimo!

This is a lovely home just outside of the old city. Very walkable. I would recommend looking for food where most people are speaking Italian, otherwise we loved Verona and had an amazing stay.

Excellent location and multiple communications with owners were responded to immediately with clear guidelines. We were given early access to the flat and garage which was lucky as it turned out the street was closed that day for a 25th anniversary celebration. Flat is accurately presented and described. It is very clean and the bedroom is quiet at night. Entry was a bit complicated as I also rented the garage - lock on front door, then a lock box for garage key/ remote and then a lock box for flat. Having said that, flat and garage were extremely secure and it was easy after that. Definitely recommend the flat and its central location. Parma is a lovely town.

Der Check-In und Check-Out waren, auch durch die Hilfe Michelas Englisch-sprechendem Sohn, sehr einfach und verständlich. Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist ein großes Plus! Die Wohnung war äußerst sauber und es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen Kurzurlaub benötigt. Die direkte Umgebung ist nicht allzu schön, aber zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus ist man schnell in der Innenstadt und kann diese genießen. Alles in allem würde ich die Wohnung auf aufgrund des guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnisses weiterempfehlen!

This apartment has the perfect location. Near a lot of restaurants, shops and some of the nicest streets in Parma. It has everything you need and the bed is super comfortable. The only downside that really only applies to people traveling alone with heavy luggage (like me), is that there is a staircase you need to climb up in order to reach the apartment. Besides that, everything was amazing!

De ruimte was lekker ruim en fijn dat er 2 badkamers waren. We hoefden niet op elkaar te wachten. Je kon in de buurt gratis parkeren, was in ons geval handig omdat de prive parkeerplaats te krap was voor onze auto. Op zaterdag is er een markt voor de deur waar van alles te vinden is. Je moet opletten dat je je auto tijdig weghaalt. Enig minpuntje vonden wij dat digitale slot. Was vooral bij aankomst lastig je hebt je mobiel en internet nodig en de hele lange hal en dubbele entree deur. Verder was het een fijne nette en ruime woning in een woonwijk.
