Cabin holiday rentals in Manzanita Lake

This a beautiful and peaceful Airbnb that had everything you could imagine. The curated video game consoles and arcade games as well as the pool were the features we enjoyed the most! This was the perfect place for my laid back 40th birthday party!

Recently had a road trip and stayed at this cabin. I definitely recommend it. Well appointed, cool game room, and great location.

Kavian’s place is in a very quiet/peaceful neighborhood and the location is close to Lassen Park. We were well rested every night on a super comfortable bed after our long hikes during the day. Although, we did wish that the pillows were softer and not so firm. The door to the garage from inside of the house is very difficult to close and once in the garage the light doesn’t turn on and it only turns on when you open/close the garage door. It’s also on a timer so, we couldn’t play ping pong that long, but it’s okay. Some of the kitchen utensils are damaged, particularly the rubber ones and the wine opener was no where to be found. We did figure out how to open the wine bottle though with an old school method lol. We were going to use the green blankets while watching the TV, but they smelled like a dog. We didn’t use the backyard at all. Everything else was clean and on point. It’s just the little things that need improvement NBD, but overall we were VERY satisfied with our stay here!

Communication was quick and consistent. They offered a lot of flexibility with our plans. This is the only wood cabin I have ever seen remodeled successfully! It is modern and comfortable =] The backyard is it's own oasis

Beautiful place! Was extremely clean and comfortable. Loved being able to grill and chill on the patio! Would 100% stay again!

Our family had a wonderful time at Heidi and Steph's place to celebrate our daughter's birthday. Heidi and Steph really made us feel like at home. They're the most wonderful hosts we've ever met. The view from the front porch, facing the river, is beautiful. Great place for fishing and enjoying the beauty of nature. We caught 6 trouts in two days. Yay! Thank you for showing us the spots and for everything else that made our trip an amazing one.

We had a great time with the family at this lodging. We were on the last two days of a 10 day family camping trip, and decided to spread out and relax after a week with the six of us in the tent trailer. There was plenty of room in the driveway (inside the gate) to position and park our pop-up camper. The kids loved all the amenities, especially the game room and the hot tub., and the solid high speed internet. Kitchen was well-appointed for cooking, lots of climate control options provided, and we had fun playing scratchy old Hank Williams and Benny Goodman records on the record player. The location was very central to the things we wanted to see. While lingering snow foiled our plans to peak Mt. Lassen, Old Station is between Lassen and Burney Falls, which was a great accessible attraction. And the town of Burney, with relatively cheap gas and grocery stores is a short detour on the way home. Thank you Joy for sharing your place with us!

Lovely home in the High Sierras gorgeous surroundings and plenty of beautiful views. The wild life was a nice touch we enjoyed watching them in the mornings and evenings. Would highly recommend and will be coming back as soon as we can!

A great place surrounded by beautiful mountains and valley. The check in was easy and had no trouble finding the place. Despite the place not having heating, the cold mornings felt nice as it got hot during my days at work in the area. The location of this place was because it is next to where I work in the forest and is right off the hwy. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and look forward to booking this place again.

Our family loved our last summer trip here before school started. Kids enjoyed the recreation center and I enjoyed seeing them have a good time without their phones! The store had everything you could need and we looked forward to getting our daily soft-serve ice cream!

A beautiful home in a breathtaking setting overlooking the river. Very clean with cozy cabin decor. Kitchen was well appointed with dinnerware, glasses and pots and pans. We celebrated my grandson’s first birthday and Mother’s Day. My older grandson (2.5 years) loved the fire pit and making his first s’mores. The deck is wonderful and we watched birds, bats and stars. We would absolutely love to stay again!

I would just like to start off by saying that I would stay here again in a heart beat. We were moving from socal to NorCal and needed a space for family helping us move to stay and Chris & Megen’s place was the perfect spot. We had some trouble moving in due to a huge tree falling across our driveway and Chris and Megen were extremely accommodating even though they didn’t have to be. Their place is beautiful and has views of the water. The house was comfortable and homey. Loved all the board games and the expansive property. Beds and linens were comfortable. All in all beautiful spot. Would definitely book with them again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay! The cabin had everything we needed – from a BBQ grill to a propane center table, and all the comforts of home. Melinda went above and beyond in every way. Just a note for EV drivers: the nearest charger is about 65 miles away, and due to the climb, the car uses more battery than expected. You’ll also need extra charge for the return trip and any local driving, so bringing a home charger is highly recommended. Thanks again for a great stay!

This was an incredible New Years retreat in the mountains. The location and surroundings were absolutely perfect, with gorgeous views and wonderful winter weather. The cabin itself is incredibly cozy and homey and just a perfect place to stay. Lovely and helpful hosts, too!

What an amazing place to stay! Super close to Lassen National Park's main visitor center, and was very spacious and cozy for a group of 8.

We keep coming back to this house. It's perfectly located for fishing nearby and all sorts of other outdoor adventures. The interior is clean and spacious. The backyard is gorgeous, with trees and a creek. Grilling and hanging out on the deck is the best after a long day of outdoor fun. Host Rebecka is always super helpful and gracious. This place rocks.

Had a great stay at the cabin in Clio. I was worried that it would get too hot inside since the weather was in the 80s and there was no AC but the inside stayed pleasant the entire time. We did not even need to use the fans. The place is exactly as pictured. We cooked most of our meals there without any issue. Everything is very comfortable. Enjoyed the history of the place. Neighborhood was pleasant to walk around and peaceful. Near town of Graeagle where we enjoyed the shops, stores, and the ice cream/coffee eatteries. Convenient for hiking in the Lake Basin area.

This was the nicest stay I’ve ever had with air bnb. The host has absolutely impeccable taste and has created a gorgeous place with high quality linens, comfortable seating, and a master bedroom to die for. This place is also immaculately clean and passed the baby scoot test. We travel a lot and you can always tell how clean a place is by a baby’s onesie after crawling around. A lot of love and care goes into this place. The location is amazing too. Look for a place locals call butterfly beach just 50 feet down the highway for a perfect swimming spot with small children. I will absolutely be staying again.

We had an amazing time with family while renting two cabins. If renting two, I’d recommend choosing cabin B and C so you face each other and have a common area between the two cabins that can be used. Having the creek right behind the cabin was great for fishing and the fire pit was ideal for relaxing. Angelise was super responsive, friendly and helpful. The neighbors were very kind and friendly. We would stay here again!

We had a lovely stay here as our home base for adventures in the area and a few visits to Lassen National Park. The location is perfect to have as a place to recharge and relax in-between adventures. The view from the yard is breathtaking. The beds were cozy, the living room set up with a TV for movies, and a well stocked kitchen. We opted for this place in particular because it had an impressive two full bathrooms which is a must for when we travel. If we ever find our way back to Chester, we'd totally stay here again.
