It is unlisted for a while, and then serviced and reopened. 1. It is a house where I repaired a hanok built in 1965 in 2012 and lived with my parents for more than 30 years. 2. This is a space where you can use the entire house as a private house. There is a spacious yard and a cute garden, so if you sit on the toenmaru, you can enjoy a tranquil and slow time with the square sky. The space and yard are spacious, so it's not stuffy. 3. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a spacious kitchen. The two bedrooms have a queen-sized bed, the kitchen and living room are connected, and the third room is a small room with a separate entrance. If more than 4 people, we will prepare floor mattresses and blankets in a small room for a separate fee, so please contact us (up to 6 people). 4. We are preparing a tea ceremony. We have prepared a caffeine-free tea (small bean tea), so please enjoy the whole family regardless of the time. 5. It is an 8-minute walk from Exit 2 of Gyeongbokgung Station and is located at the end of Seochon area, so you can walk to Tongin Market, Seochon, the Blue House, Gyeongbokgung Palace, and Samcheong-dong.

This was my first stay in this particular apartment after a number of stays in a larger apartment upstairs in the same building. I found this apartment to be perfect for this trip as I was traveling alone and staying for a month therefore had more luggage than I would on a shorter trip. The apartment is very private, clean and well appointed. I love that you can sit at the table with the backdoor out onto a small balcony open and have a lovely view of the tree that grows outside without anyone being able to look in. This neighbourhood is very handy to public transport and to Mt Ansan if you like hiking. There is also a fabulous traditional market a very short walk away that rarely sees many tourists. There are many local restaurants and cafes but the accommodation is peaceful and quiet with no traffic noise. The host family who look after these apartments are very kind and generous and I look forward to seeing them again on my next trip.

Lydia was very friendly and communicative throughout the check in till out process. Location was very near sejong food alley and convenient to cab out from. Room was cozy and water dispenser was very helpful. Fruits platter and personal recommendations welcome session was also a pleasant surprise. Pity I only stayed a night, would have stayed longer if I had known there was more to do than just gyeongbokgung. Will go back again!

I had an amazing stay at Soon & Dong's apartment! It was fully equipped with everything I needed and very close to an underground station, making my visit comfortable and convenient. The host went above and beyond - picking me up from the nearest station before check-in, sharing great local recommendations and maintaining fast and clear communication throughout my stay. Even after I checked out they kindly assisted me to my next destination in Seoul. I visited late at night after work, but you were very friendly As soon as I entered, I felt good about the fragrant smell. The interior is clean and self-sufficient, and there is plenty of parking space, so it's convenient to bring a large car. There is also a barbecue, and most of all, the fire place is so sensible. I want to go a little early the next time I visit, so it's a place I plan to visit again.
