Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Mar Chiquita

I have a great experience with Manlo, and the place it’s great, beautiful view in front of the apartment I’ll definitely stay again

Beautiful airbnb with parking. Plenty of space and it looked just like the pictures / description. A big plus were the beach chairs, umbrella, etc. It’s walking distance to the beach and my favorite bakery. The host sent several recommendations of things to do / places to eat. Would definitely come back to this airbnb. Thank you for your hospitality 😊

We had a wonderful time as a family and felt right at home. The house is quite comfortable. It has air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. The pool is perfect for spending the whole day in, and even at night it's spectacular with the lights in the gazebo and pool area. Having access to the beach from the house adds to the special atmosphere. We took beautiful photos there. Definitely a special place that makes you want to return.

The house was wonderful, located near a beach and easy access to get to other towns as well.

5 🌟s!!! The Hacienda was truly a slice of heaven! As beautiful as the pictures make it look, you really have to be there to appreciate the true beauty of this place. There were 6 of us with kids ages ranging from 3-13 and we all had a magical time! We had access to the entire 30 acre farm and we were even able to find some hidden swings while walking around for the kids to enjoy. The house is stocked with absolutely everything you will need including a plethora of games, Nintendo switch, ping pong table, outdoor chess and many other games. The pool was a huge hit, always clean and warm for early morning or late night swims as temps can get a bit chilly up in the mountains. Carol and Camacho are so sweet and great hosts. Communication was clear and prompt and they’re really good about letting you know what to expect. We truly appreciated Camacho greeting us when we arrived to show us the house as it is HUGE! He was always just a text away if we had questions.

Enjoyed our stay at Monte Niebla. The place was peaceful and nicely set up. Eileen was very communicative and provided us with all the necessary information before and upon arriving. The views are beautiful and it suited for family with children.

We urgently needed a place to stay for a couple of nights after our previous Airbnb cancelled. Michael's place was a pleasant surprise, and honestly a blessing in disguise. He was very responsive and accommodating. We enjoyed staying at his place.

My cousin and I stayed here for my birthday vacation and we absolutely loved it. Sandy is an amazing host and was very understanding to any needs we had. I’d definitely stay at this residence during my next trip to San Juan. Highly recommend.

Mariano’s place was perfect for my wife and I. We both work at home and love kiteboarding. His place was super clean, extremely comfortable and private. The internet was great and we worked and played. Easily walk to the kite beach and let it rip. Amazing stay, looking forward to staying here on our next visit.

Wilfredo and Maritza made us have dream vacation, nearby beach, shopping center, restaurants. This place is a 5 stars airbnb and very private. I recommend this place and will definitely go back again for my next vacation.

Our stay was everything and more! Hosts were proactive in responding to needs and accommodating. Old San Juan is a beautiful place to stay to explore and enjoy the culture of Puerto Rico. Its a very central location and walkable. Definitely would recommend!

Had a great stay and looking forward to returning next year. Really nice villa with cold air conditioning. Great view from the balcony. Very clean and organized. Loved that I was able to make my morning Cafe con Leche using the stovetop Espresso maker. No issues or complaints. We have family in the area so the location was perfect for us.

Everything was as expected based on the reviews I read ahead of time. There was only two of us and it was perfect for just us. The instructions were excellent. We arrived late and had no issues. We had a rental car so having a parking spot in the garage was perfect. The air conditioners worked wonderfully. When I had questions they were answered promptly. It was a great experience! I absolutely loved the location! It’s in a really quiet neighborhood, and it’s super easy to walk to the beach. Rey also gave me some great recommendations for local restaurants. I’ll definitely be recommending this place when visiting Puerto Rico!

The property is well kept & the unit was so clean! We were very comfortable & would definitely stay again. Gloria was a great host! During our stay the island experienced a blackout for a couple of days, but there is a generator on the property so it didn’t affect us. Gloria kept in touch & made sure we were comfortable. Close to the beach, stores & restaurants. .

13 Sol is dreamy. We were looking for a place with a great outdoor space, views, proximity to touring the town. The terrace was amazing for all times of the day especially breezy evenings. The stairs are no problem and are to be expected in most upper level stays in Viejo San Juan. The place has great character, all the necessities plus extras, is well cooled and is by far the best airbnb we’ve stayed in. All of Viejo is walkable and 13 Sol is in the best pocket of the town with a peaceful street, the best history literally two to three blocks away and the best coffee around within a block or two. Shower was nice and hot, bed perfectly comfortable, WiFi is strong and everything else as it should be. Don’t wait, just book it. It’s the place you want to stay.

Amazing host! Beautiful place! Overall very happy. It was easy to get into, squeaky clean. Very safe too! Right in front of La Placita, not even a one minute walk!! The balcony is an L shape and it’s huge with different seating options. Definitely booking again when I return to PR! Thank you so much for this amazing stay! En verdad es un lugar muy especial! Yaritza’s place was so peaceful and beautiful. It’s well equipped with everything you need and spacious. She was right there to meet me upon arrival and was very kind and informative. I definitely recommend staying here. Everything is close by without feeling touristy. I loved seeing the actual people that live there.

This home is located in the heart of Old San Juan across from several bars. We loved the walkable area and being able to walk downstairs and grab a bite to eat or a drink whenever we felt like it. The home was tiny but perfect for 2 and super comfy. There was so much history within the apartment! The AC in the room was perfect. I will say that the bed only had a thin sheet and throw blanket on it and I struggled with that. Keep that in mind if you like to snuggle up with a nice comforter. Overall I had an amazing experience staying here and felt super safe!

Literetly the perfect location, very central with access to the Beach, stores, restaurants all within walking distance. They have everything you might need for your stay including 2 beach chairs, an ice chest cooler, sunscreen, bug spray, beach bag and beach towels. Shampoo, conditioner, lotion, even some hair products you literetly only need to bring your clothes. My sister and I loved our stay, would definitely recommend. They were also very kind to accommodate a different check in and check out time for us since flights arrived earlier and left later.

Great studio in a great location! Very close to the beach as well. The condo was very clean and updated.

Definitely had a great time with my wife! Falling asleep to waking up to hearing the ocean waves was Amazing experience! Seeing the sunset and sunrise was beautiful as well. I definitely recommend this place to any couple who is looking for a private and safe area get away or vacation. Host was very responsive and a great help with her recommendations. It was a home away from home for sure! My wife and I will reserve this again for our return again! I will give this place a 10/10!
