Holiday rentals with beach access in Mar del Plata

Highlights: the apartment's location; the incredible views, both of the sunrise from the bedroom and the sunset from the living room and last but not least, Gonzalo's attention, who was always attentive to every detail. I went with my partner and we both agreed that we would return a thousand times.

The apartment is divine, in an excellent location, it has everything you need for an incredible stay. It's divine, it's impeccable, super clean, organized, we feel at home. Marcela is an excellent host. If I have to go back to Mar del Plata or someone asks me where to stay, I would not hesitate to recommend it 100%. He let us stay a little longer than the checkout time and check in earlier, very flexible in that regard since the apartment was unoccupied. The contact was totally simple. A nice apartment, ideal for 1 or 2 people who want to be close to everything that Mar del Plata offers. Juan was always in communication with me and it was very easy to get there. The apartment is well equipped, with a good mattress (comfortable), a work area and Smart TV. The location is the best: there are many things around, including restaurants, bakeries, pizzerias, cafes, a supermarket a block away and, of course, the beach. I'd come back here without a second thought!

Everything is very nice! The apartment is divine and we loved the terrace.

The stay was excellent! The house is beautiful, spacious and modernly equipped. The location is ideal to be close to the best beaches and you get easy transfer to the center. There is a lot of business nearby for the everyday or going out to eat even. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The service was excellent, always with a quick and friendly response. I recommend it and I would definitely come back!

A great spot for extended stays in Mar De Plata. The beds are comfortable, and we were able to cook many meals at home. The walk to Playa Grande is easy and saves on taxis. Ignacio and his family are generous and responsive hosts and made our stay even better.

Casa Valencia seemed like a great place to stay. Excellent location. Super comfortable, with all the sercicios for a very good stay. I was spotless and Macarena is very friendly. I definitely recommend it.

Beautiful house! Very Marplatense style. The perfect location, 4 blocks from Guemes Street, 1 from Av Colon and 1 from the sea. The bedding and towels had a delicious aroma, even the winter blankets that usually smell old/stored, here they were delicious. I recommend and will be back!

I 100% recommend this place. To start, the hostess gave us the word she rented to us and despite having another proposal (which I saw in the app because it blocked the date) she respected what was previously discussed. He was super friendly and very willing to do everything. He was always quick to respond. The house is AMAZING. Spacious, comfortable, beautiful, clean, very well kept. I can't make any constructive criticism because everything was perfect. Hopefully we can go back some other time.

Our stay was excellent. Gustavo was always attentive to our needs and comfort, he was very kind. We went with our little dog and we felt very safe and calm. It's very easy to get parking in the block during the afternoon/evening so we almost always left it at the door, it's a very safe area.
