Gimena is an exelente host. always available and very good. the apartment is recycled with very good taste and functionality. The area, in our understanding of the best of Mardel, because of its proximity to the sea and beautiful neighborhood. a 10.🙂😍

The place is very well decorated, I was comfortable in all its spaces (kitchen, bedroom and living room). The luminosity is remarkable, it is not necessary to light during the day and the sunset is composed with warm lights that give it the home touch. For two people it is perfect.

Agustin's accommodation is ideal. It is located in an excellent location, in the center, close to shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Despite being in the center of the city it is very quiet. At night you can rest excellently. It is fully equipped and super comfortable. Your host has been on the lookout for anything we may need. We would definitely come back. Recommended!

I had a positive experience at this accommodation. The location is excellent and the apartment is decorated with very nice details inspired by Mar del Plata. It is bright, comfortable, ideal for a single person, and is well equipped for a short stay. The mattress is comfortable and the heating already on when we arrived was a very thoughtful gesture. Communication with the host was always clear and cordial. I really appreciate the flexibility in check-in. There were some technical problems with the shower and stove water, which were immediately resolved. Cleanliness may be more thoughtful. To keep in mind: - the elevator is very small, which can make it difficult to enter with luggage. - It has blinds and blackout. As a personal suggestion, I would change the black out for sunscreen to preserve privacy with natural light. I felt comfortable and well received. I'll definitely be back on my next trip.

We've been there more than once and it's becoming our head home every time we visit Mar del Plata. The apartment is well located, very spacious and super practical. The host is friendly and always available.

A wonderful apartment with a perfect location! Everything you need for a comfortable stay is just a few steps away: shops, cafes, and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and it was very easy to reach the main attractions. The apartment fully matches the description, it is clean and cozy. There is also a gym in the building. The only downside is the poor sound insulation. Sometimes we could hear the neighbors, but it didn’t affect the overall impression much. The host was very attentive and always available, which made our stay even more pleasant. Highly recommend!

Such a great apartment! It was perfect for family of 5 for a 2 week stay. Very spacious with a beautiful high end kitchen and a patio and terrace with a view of the lovely plaza Mitre My children loved being right next to plaza, there is so much for kids to do there! Walkable in a wonderful area with lots of great restaurants nearby as well as good proximity to the beach. The building staff were always friendly and helpful and the host is very responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend! Thank you for an amazing stay!

The apartment is very comfortable in every way, due to the size and the location. We didn't use the amenities because of the time of year we went but surely in summer they add up a lot. Super recommended for two!!! Thank you

Very well equipped 2 bedroom apartment in a very nice and quiet area of the city. Easy access to the various points (beaches, rest, coastal) without being in the center. It has 3 beaches nearby that you can walk without problems. The building is very well maintained. Communication with José is excellent. Always ready for a great stay. For 4 adults it is a little fair if you are used to large environments. The use of the pool is until 5pm. The gym as well as the pool, are charged per day or week. In short, we had a very nice stay. Definitely recommend it!

The depto. is as it is published in the photos, for us the security on both balconies and the garage was something that weighed quite in the decision to rent because we have a small girl. The place has an ideal location, close to the Hotel Provincial but also close to Güemes. The kitchen, very complete (we did not cook but we had utensils available in case of wanting to). The pool is heated and was something we didn't know so it was a nice surprise and we were able to enjoy it quite a bit. To repeat, without a doubt. Thank you, Fernando!

Excellent accommodation! There were 4 of us and we were very comfortable. The location is really unbeatable, the apartment was super clean and had everything necessary for our stay. In addition, Nicolas and Melisa were very willing to help when we need them (in this case to turn on the heater). Highly recommended!!!
