Ernestina is a host of excellence. She always answered very fast, and was attentive to every need. We had flexible check-in and out. The apartment is spotless, clean, spacious, with a garage. The area is very good, close to supermarket, and places to walk and eat. Very close to the sea.

The apartment is as shown in the photos, it is a very quiet neighborhood that has a hara when we went there was a horseback riding event that we could enjoy. The country area has a coto 5 minutes away with everything you need. The wifi is 10 points. Communication was always smooth and friendly, we will be back

A great spot for extended stays in Mar De Plata. The beds are comfortable, and we were able to cook many meals at home. The walk to Playa Grande is easy and saves on taxis. Ignacio and his family are generous and responsive hosts and made our stay even better.

To start, the hostess gave us the word she rented to us and despite having another proposal (which I saw in the app because it blocked the date) she respected what was previously discussed. He was super friendly and very willing to do everything. He was always quick to respond. The house is AMAZING. Spacious, comfortable, beautiful, clean, very well kept. I can't make any constructive criticism because everything was perfect. Hopefully we can go back some other time.

The place is according to the price and the photos. Clean and comfortable. The only thing you can is the village style that manages chapa, but it's part of the trip. Having mdq there just for dinner or doing some daytime activity you don't friction at all practically. The neighborhood is residential and very quiet. At night you can hear the toads. You sleep well. Everything is perfect, except that there are neighbors who with intolerance to guests and report to the administration , in my case there were supposed annoying noises that came from my apartment, while in my apartment I slept, the only negative, very negative that overshadows everything good offered by the host and the place

Such a great apartment! It was perfect for family of 5 for a 2 week stay. Very spacious with a beautiful high end kitchen and a patio and terrace with a view of the lovely plaza Mitre My children loved being right next to plaza, there is so much for kids to do there! Walkable in a wonderful area with lots of great restaurants nearby as well as good proximity to the beach. The building staff were always friendly and helpful and the host is very responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend! Thank you for an amazing stay!
