Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Mar Menor

Raúl is a fantastic host, even before we had arrived he asked us if we needed anything fetching from the shops as we had a late arrival. He was super helpful and friendly and responsive to any questions we had. The house is lovely, spacious and within walking distance to all amenities and the beach! The hot tub is an added bonus and value for money at €60 per week. It was a stressful time for as we had just made the permanent move to Spain but we couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome! Thank you! Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hemos pasado unos días de reencuentro en familia maravillosos ! La casa tiene una ubicación accesible a todo.. tanto en coche como andando !. Es súper cómoda ! Fresca .. con aire acondicionado y ventiladores ! Televisión … equipadisima !. Super limpia ..La piscina con un tamaño perfecto ! La atención de Emilio genial , atento y siempre pendiente .! This townhouse is perfect. Everything you could need in a house was included and really well labelled with instructions and info. Spotlessly clean with really thoughtful additions to make our stay very welcoming. A lot of care and attention has gone into hosting guests here. Sam was easy to reach and very prompt to rely. Nothing was too much trouble. Fabulous host and I’d definitely recommend. Lots of info ready to hand and this town house is absolutely lovely. Perfect for our stay. Thank you!

La casa muy cuqui. 😍 Con aíre acondicionado💨,con buen colchón 🛏️,dos terraza prácticas y agradables (una arriba y otra justo debajo con toldos q preserva la intimidad. El apartamento era súper bonito tal cual las fotos, la piscina genial pero el camino para llegar era de tierra y era un poco difícil de acceder, el anfitrión súper receptivo y amable en todo momento, lo recomiendo sin duda

Amazing holiday in your apartment, so we'll equip and homely. Loved that we didn't have to buy oil for cooking or soaps and cleaning equipment. Bed linen and towels were super clean and it was great that there were extras. Would highly recommend. Thank you again, I hope everything is in order.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The place was amazing — even better than the photos — and the views at sunset were truly unforgettable. The house was spotless, everything smelled great, and it was super well-equipped with everything we could possibly need. You can tell a lot of care goes into keeping it welcoming and comfortable. The hosts were also lovely: really responsive, friendly, and made everything super easy. Highly recommend this place — would definitely come back!

This is the loveliest apartment I have ever stayed in, the outside area is beautiful and the views are out of this world. Laura was a fantastic host, very quick to respond and very helpful. The apartment itself is beautifully appointed, very well equipped and the linen was spotless. Every detail had been considered and we felt very much at home. We didn’t want to leave! I would recommend hiring a car to enhance your stay, plenty of parking space available.

Tuvimos una experiencia excelente en este Airbnb. La amabilidad de Oleg hizo toda la diferencia: siempre estuvo pendiente y atento a cualquier requerimiento o consulta, respondiendo con rapidez y disposición. La ubicación es inmejorable, con fácil acceso a todo lo que necesitábamos, y la vista desde el alojamiento es simplemente espectacular. Además, el lugar estaba impecablemente limpio, lo que nos hizo sentir muy cómodos desde el primer momento. Sin duda, lo recomendaría y volvería sin pensarlo.

El apartamento de Ana y José es ideal para desconectar unos días de vacaciones en la playa ya que tienes una cala preciosa justo enfrente. Tiene maravillosas vistas. Volveremos seguro. Gracias Ana por hacerlo tan fácil.

Top appartement die van alle gemakken is voorzien. Het was schoon, aan het strand (incl stoeltjes en parasol), parkeergarage inbegrepen en een fijne host. Het gaf de mogelijkheid om lekker in het appartement te ontbijten en te lunchen, maar ook zit er wanneer je de deur uitloopt genoeg om dat buiten de deur te doen. Een fijne schone badkamer met ook de mogelijkheid om de was te doen, een fijne keuken met alles wat je nodig hebt, en het bed lag heerlijk. Ook een fijn balkon waar je lekker kan zitten.

O Sr.Manuel foi muito prestativo e compreensivo desde o início. O alojamento correspondeu às nossas expectativas. O que tornou a nossa estadia mais agradável foi a amabilidade dos proprietários, com ajuda em todas as nossas questões sobre a área envolvente e como podíamos deslocar naquela zona. Recomendamos e esperamos voltar num próxima oportunidade.

Wir waren für eine Woche in Cartagena auf Workation und haben das Apartment hauptsächlich zum arbeiten, duschen und schlafen genutzt. Es war super sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Vom Fön über Mücken-Stecker bis hin zu Vorratsbehältern für das Essen, alles war vorhanden. Cristina hat uns am Anreisetag direkt kontaktiert und uns persönlich die Wohnung gezeigt und die Schlüssel übergeben. Sie war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und wir konnten uns dank ihrer Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse gut verständigen. Das Apartment liegt mitten im Stadtzentrum, unweit vom Hafen, aber dennoch war es angenehm ruhig. Wir konnten alles schnell zu Fuß erreichen. Alles in allem eine schöne Wohnung mit einer super Gastgeberin - gern wieder 😊

This was the best equipped Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The owners had thought of everything. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with stylish furniture. Our flight was early and we were able to get in to the apartment early too. The underground carpark was great too. The south facing balcony was superb and very private. The apartment block was quiet too. Walkable to restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Also 5 minute drive to 3 different golf courses. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it !

Carlos war der beste Gastgeber, den wir je hatten. Er hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen, Geschenke bereit gestellt und nachgefragt, ob alles gut ist. Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet. Sehr gute Klimaanlage, gut ausgestattete Küche (Salz, Pfeffer, Essig, Öl, Spülmittel) mit Backofen. Man kann schön draußen Frühstücken und um die Ecke ist direkt das Meer.
