Beachfront apartment, 28km to Valencia. 10km to Aquopolis. Just below there is a children's playground and restaurants on the promenade (during the season). There are go-kart tracks nearby as well as the bus stop that takes you to Sueca and Perelló, where you can catch another bus to Valencia. A large supermarket is a 2km drive away, in El Perelló. There is also a Yacht Club that offers activities such as jet ski rental, surf board or paddle surf lessons.

Does paradise exist? 1 Beachfront + Pool

BEACH FRONT + PANORAMIC VIEWS + INCREDIBLE POOL 30 minutes from Valencia. We are privileged to enjoy these immense views that surround the sea, the mountains, and the rice fields of the Albufera Natural Park. We fall asleep to the sound of waves and wake up to breakfast on the balcony watching the sun rise on the horizon. There are days when we decide to go for a walk on the beach and walk for miles where it is difficult for us to come across people.

My family and I spent Holy Week at Mercedes and Carlos' accommodation and loved our stay. The apartment is as shown in the photos: very bright, cozy and with a perfect location, just a few steps from the main beach and another small cove, which makes everything very comfortable to enjoy the sea without complications. Also, the area is quiet but close to everything you need. We especially want to emphasize the kindness of the hosts, who were super attentive from the start and were always available for any questions or recommendations. You can see the affection with which they take care of both the accommodation and the people who are staying there. We would repeat without hesitation!

An excellent apartment in a non-touristy town of Spain. Lovely sea view. The apartment has all the necessary and even more in the apartment. There are a lot of beach amenities: umbrellas, beach chairs, etc. Valencia is a 20-minute drive away. Near the house there is a mini market where you can buy bread, water and essentials. You need to go to the big supermarket in the city of Sueca - there is a lot of everything. In general, the apartment is much more beautiful and nicer than in photos. The host is always in the access area via the messenger (because he lives in Germany himself), he was given and picked up by a friend who does not speak English, but you can explain. There is free parking on the ter and houses, there is a children's playground for children (2 units), if you stroll along the promenade, you can find several cafes and restaurants on the neighboring beaches. By car you can also get (15 min.) to the town of Cullera, walk to the lighthouse or along the promenade. Beautiful apartment with sea view and everything you need. Many things for the beach: umbrellas, beach chairs, toys for playing in the sand. Near the house there is a mini market where you can buy bread, water and things first needed. Large supermarket you need to go to the city of Sueca (10 min drive). Just next to the house is free parking, 2 playgrounds and along the waterfront there are cafes and restaurants. To Valencia go 20-30 minutes by car. To the city Cullera as 15 min By car, where you can walk along the seafront to the lighthouse.

The best host and apartament I’ve ever been to. Ivette would do everything to make your stay satisfactory. The apartament and view from it is just breathless and worth to spend there every minute. The apartament has everything you need, it is very clean and spacious. The neighborhood is very calm, everything you need is just right at the corner. Highly recommended! For sure will be back. :)
