Great location, flexible check-in, the apartment was impeccable, bedding, towels, equipped kitchen. Our stay was super nice!! The hostess, Liliane, answered all questions quickly and clearly.

The apartment is amazing, well decorated and renovated, private and quiet (we only hear the sound of the sea), the view was the best we've ever had. Very comfortable, with complete kitchen items, quality bedding. Kind, available and pleasant hosts. They left us a treat, which was really nice. Access to the beach is via a small and fast trail, but it can be difficult for those with mobility problems. I recommend renting a car to better enjoy the region and nightlife. The building is old but that doesn't bother you at all, the apartment offers a structure inside that makes you forget any setbacks. I strongly recommend it.

Apartment with great location. Bons restaurants nearby. Very good for those who have difficulty getting around because of the proximity in the center of Guarapari. Photos match the location. Every Friday there is live music in the square in front of the building being possible to watch even the balcony. The chestnut beaches, boyfriends, virtues and black sand very close in a radius of 1 km. It was very worth it. I highly recommend!!! We will return soon. Luciano was an excellent Host. Very kind and helpful!!!

Spacious, extremely comfortable and very beautiful apartment, with all the necessary kitchen utensils, including a water filter. We felt at home! Fernando was very friendly and answered all our questions immediately, as did Elani. Place with great location, bars, bakeries and restaurants. You've met our expectations! Just one observation, the view of the beach is from the rooms, but nothing that would diminish our satisfaction. We will not only return, but we recommend it!

My stay at Flávio's place was simply excellent! The apartment is very comfortable, clean and cozy, providing an even better experience in Guarapari. The location is great, very close to the beaches of Morro, Adventista and Três Praias. The environment is peaceful, ideal for resting and enjoying all that the city has to offer. I was 100% satisfied and I totally recommend it. Come back again for sure!

We thought the apartment's decoration was very beautiful, it was very cozy. I really liked having bedding and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, etc.) available. The kitchen is fully equipped with the necessities. I'd rent it again!

Quiet place for a couple alone or with a child. Beautiful landscapes, close to great beaches, in the midst of nature and with what is necessary to make yourself comfortable. Familia super cozy and without any inconvenience. I recommend it!

Celma was a great Host the whole family loved the house, it's close to the beaches, to do everything on foot. The bathrooms are big, the kitchen has everything you need, suggestion would be a microwave at the most everything was great. we did barbecue with the barbecue of the house. there are two great bedrooms one with a double bed and two single and the other a double bed and one single one. But it has 3 single mattresses and a double mattress. Beds are comfortable, the house is wonderful and the atmosphere is quiet and safe.

We are extremely pleased with the hosting! The site is very clean, airy, well cared for and the kitchen is complete, which made it very easy during the stay. All very organized and functional. We were 5 people and everyone was very comfortable. The reason for our trip was a wedding, and as we were in 4 women, we missed a larger mirror outside the bathroom that would allow you to dress with more practicality. It's just a detail, but that would make a lot of difference. In addition, everything was great! We hope we have been careful and put everything in order. We definitely recommend and would like to stay again!

we enjoyed our stay. Comfortable apt, everything working perfectly. I noticed that there was little covered and soon José was ready to arrange for us. Comfortable beds, great showers. It has a good amount of canisters, dishes and cutlery. the TV is very good and had channels by signature. the apt is very airy and has wonderful views. staff of the building are cordial and the José always responded to us promptly. near the building is the market, restaurant and bakery. Everything very close.

Excellent apartment with plenty of comfort. Great location.

The apartment is spacious, well-ventilated, cool, well-lit and has a beautiful view from the balcony and the double bedroom. It's very close to two beaches, so we slept and woke up to the sound of the waves. Everything was very clean and fragrant. One item that left something to be desired was the speed and quality of the internet, which does not reach the rooms well. Oh, and I missed a large full-length mirror, for us women to get ready. Apart from these details, everything was perfect! There is a wonderful restaurant nearby, Kebab's, which is worth visiting!!

Rosane is very helpful and always responds super fast. The apartment has a lovely sea view on the balcony, including every day we see turtles at sea. Very clean, tidy and equipped. Air in the 3 bedrooms and the room that is not a suite, the bathroom is practically next to the door. 2 good parking spaces. Quick access to the two main beaches. It has a smooth slope, very quiet and quick to climb. New Building. Thank you Rosane and see you next time!

Vitors apartament is beautiful and spacious with 4 bedrooms and a generous outdoor area. The highlight is the location, views and proximity to the beach. Communication was excellent and made our stay even more pleasant. I would certainly recommend.
