Beachfront holiday rental in Marataízes

I found the apartment better live than the photos. Everything is very clean! Very spacious. The host does not work on Saturdays, but she attended to me promptly, and managed to hand me the keys. We were 7 people very well accommodated. The wonderful view, the fantastic location. All items working. The kitchen has all the utensils described and working. I think it's worth putting a Wi-Fi signal repeater in the hallway. The apartment is very long and the router is in the living room, and the signal does not reach the bedrooms.

Spacious, extremely comfortable and very beautiful apartment, with all the necessary kitchen utensils, including a water filter. We felt at home! Fernando was very friendly and answered all our questions immediately, as did Elani. Place with great location, bars, bakeries and restaurants. You've met our expectations! Just one observation, the view of the beach is from the rooms, but nothing that would diminish our satisfaction. We will not only return, but we recommend it!

Second time we stayed with Mosie and Evaldo. It is once again enchanted with the comfort, the view and the tranquility of the region. For those seeking rest and comfort, it is the right place (both the apt and the beach of Peracanga). Mosie and Evaldo always helpful, giving any and all necessary support. The apt is extremely comfortable, wonderful beds and showers, utensils for leisure on the beach and in the apt available, care in every detail, from decoration to communication. Looking forward to returning! Thanks Mosie and Evaldo, again. We felt at home!

We arrived and were well received, environment according to the photos, clean and extremely smellable. Very quiet host and good people. We will return more often for sure.

Everything was excellent! The view is wonderful, the pool is always clean, the apartment was super organized. I think the biggest difference was the towel and bedding kits that were arranged with great care. Check-in was flexible, which was great for us to put our bags inside the apartment and enjoy the day without worries. We loved the stay, we hope to return!

I loved staying in the apartment, spent 5 incredible days, the apartment is very airy , met all my needs, spotlessly clean , the reception and attention of the host were simply speechless, Renilda is a very attentive and kind person, and always the disposition Great location, great accommodation I realized that everything was prepared with great affection and attention. The apartment is located in a great area, a few steps from the beach, in a quieter and more family-friendly location. The property matches the listing and photos, clean bedrooms and bathrooms, wonderful outdoor area with barbecue and pool, great to enjoy as a family. I recommend it.

My stay at Izi's apartment was great, clean, cozy apartment without counting the beautiful sea view. Everything perfect , super organized. I intend to go back again and again.

Great apartment, very well equipped and clean. It even has a children's kit (dish, cutlery and plastic cup) in the kitchen which helped a lot with my little son. The building is located at the beginning of the beach where there is less movement on the beach, but close to the restaurants and bars. Because it is the seventh floor, the apartment is quiet and great to rest. The view is breathtaking. Arthur was very polite and flexible about our check-in when he said we would arrive early. Guarapari was surprised by the cleaning and renovation of the waterfront, no doubt we will come back more often.

The apartment is just like the photos in the ad, well equipped with kitchen items and very comfortable. It is in front of the beach of Castelhanos, which is very nice and beautiful. The hostess is kind and friendly, as well as the caretaker Cristiano. Both helped us with tips about the place and the region.

The experience was incredible! The view is truly wonderful and is in line with the photos of the listing. The building itself has an old structure, but we have nothing to complain about the apartment, all very well organized and clean, which was what gave us the most comfort. When we arrived, there was a welcome message, the house was clean and smelling and gave a look at the care they have with their guests. Luciana is a very attentive hostess, who proved proactive and available to resolve the issues that appeared, in addition to having made the check-in and chek-out times more flexible. The house had coffee powder, sugar, salt and various cooking utensils that facilitated our stay (pan, board, coffee maker, misteira etc). The apt is located in a neighborhood close to the city center, making it possible to do a lot on foot, has a supermarket and pharmacy very close by; we find a very cool location. Finally, the stay was great and we will definitely return at other times! :)
