We are 800 meters from the beach. 400 meters from the Mercado Navio. 30m from a leisure area with a lake and around it a running track and outdoor gym. Bed and bath linens are not provided.

It is a fully independent house, located 100 meters from the beach, safe, easily accessible and in an excellent location. The house is at street level and has no stairs. It's very cool and the room has air conditioning. We have a private and covered garage in front of the property. The guest will be very well received with courtesies (mineral water, coffee and biscuits). And we have a differential: The TV (42") has a BOX of channels, series and movies released.
