There is a very spacious living area with a sofa and fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped and communicates with the garden and the pool through glass shutters. The bathroom upstairs has a walk-in shower. Outside, a lovely patio with barbecue and view on the rolling hills of Campania. Also, a table and chairs for outside dining, and sunbeds and deckchairs to relax in the sun.

The Casa sul Porto was born from the love of its owners for Maratea, a Lucanian town considered the pearl of the Tyrrhenian, a very green amphitheater that has the sea as its stage. It is located a few meters from the tourist port of Maratea, the village where the residence is located is immersed in a network of stairs, arches and narrow passages. On one side it is surrounded by greenery, on the other it has a magnificent view of the Christ. The house is very bright and each apartment has at least one view of the sea.

The house consists of a spacious, fully equipped kitchen-dining room, two double bedrooms, one with a single bed and the other with a sofa bed, and two bathrooms (one en-suite), equipped with shower cubicle and Jacuzzi. WiFi is free of charge. There is a large balcony with sea view, with table and chairs.
