The Casa sul Porto was born from the love of its owners for Maratea, a Lucanian town considered the pearl of the Tyrrhenian Sea, a very green amphitheater that has the sea as its stage. It is located a few meters from the small tourist port of Maratea, the village where the residence is located is immersed in a network of stairs, arches and narrow passages. On the one hand it is surrounded by greenery, on the other it has a magnificent view of the Christ. The house is very bright and each apartment has at least one view of the sea.

Comfortable and quiet, with a large and usable balcony of 5 square meters, a view and an exclusive and enchanting location. Practical outdoor parking, unguarded but safe (local police/carabinieri barracks), 100 meters away. The heart of the village with shops, markets, bars and restaurants can be reached on foot in less than 5 minutes and the beaches, by car, in 15 minutes.

Please note: The tourist tax is to be paid on site in cash. It is €2.50 per person per day for guests 12 years of age and older, for a maximum of 5 days, from May 1 to October 31. Recently renovated and furnished house, with a terrace, patio and garden overlooking the sea. Very easy access private parking. It is a 700-meter walk from the sea and is located in the historic center of Acquafredda, a hamlet of Maratea. The beautiful sea view from the terrace and garden is a pleasant refreshment for the soul.

The accommodation tax to be paid at the property is not included in the price.
