We had such a great stay! We were so close to the water but also close to markets and restaurants. Dimitri was incredibly helpful and was there when we checked in and when we checked out, despite the fact that we got in quite late. Would highly recommend!

we stayed one week at villa minoa and had a great time. our kids age 2 and 3 years old loved it. The shallow water and sandy beach is just perfect. Spiros the owner was around and took us to the supermarked as there is no big supermarked in Marathi (only downside really). He was so friendly. the locals are amazing too. Great local restaurant. And Alex the host was all big smiles and gave us detailed instructions and communicating with him was so easy and helpfull. I miss the place already. House and garden is great. Was not missing a thing. Its a peaceful place suited for the once who like a low key holiday with no tourism and shops.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay in Eleni’s house. It is right on Marathi beach, a nice little beach with a small tavern with good food and cheap beach parasols and beds for rent. Beautiful view on the Souda Bay. 5 min walking distance are more beach restaurants. Communication was friendly, clear and quick. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Nice and comfortable beds and we spend a lot of time on our private balcony. I would definitely return here!

The house is only 3 minutes away by foot from the beach. It's located in a calm village. There are bars and restaurants at the beach nearby. Our trip was in May and we could use lemons and other fruits from the garden. Maria gifted us a delicious cake and some other food. She was very helpful and nice. The interior of the house is old, but very clean.

The accommodation was impeccable! Very clean and very comfortable space for a family with children. Both houses are beautifully decorated. It had a perfect yard and a terrace. Close to the beaches of Marathi and Loutraki. Also very close to a pharmacy and a mini market.
