Our traditional istrian stone house is renovated 2020. In front of the house you will find a large covered terrace wich is ideal for relaxing and preparing grilled meals. You can enjoy the natural shade under the hundert years old tree that dominates the courtyard and find refreshment in the pool during warmer summer days, and in the heated pool outside the warm season. Casa Marta is a beautiful newly built small modern villa with a private pool, designed with love and care that offers its guests a perfect vacation, for all who are looking for a different form of vacation, away from the summer hustle and bustle and overcrowded tourist centers. The house is located in a quiet location in Marčana, 10 km from Pula, 8 km from the first beach, 5 km from the restaurant and 1.5 km from the shop.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking.
