We had a great experience staying at Leo’s place! Leo was a wonderful host, very responsive and checked in with us a couple of times during our stay to ensure everything was going well. He was kind enough to let us view the apartment before booking since we were planning an extended stay of 8 weeks. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos—clean, well decorated. The internet connection was reliable, which was important for us. The location is fantastic, with the beach just a 10-minute bike ride or a 15-20 minute walk (I have short legs, so your time may vary!). There’s also a small mall and cinema nearby, just a 2-minute drive or easily walkable. Overall, a comfortable stay with a helpful and attentive host. Highly recommend!

We were 2 adults and 2 children, and we went in October. The location is residential and quiet. The apartment is new, with good appliances, kitchen utensils, beds, bathroom and was very clean. There is a dishwasher, and you can cook in peace. There is free street parking. We had no difficulty parking, although on some days it was not possible to leave the car in front of the apartment. We used the place to visit San Marino, Grotte di Frasassi, Amandola, Ascoli Piceno and Senigallia. Giovanna was an excellent host. We recommend the place.

A place to feel good – thank you, Christiano! Our stay at Christiano's was simply successful from start to finish. The accommodation was in impeccable condition – sparkling clean, tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you need. You can immediately feel that someone here takes care of their guests with real dedication. We were particularly impressed by the warm, relaxed atmosphere. Everything was perfectly prepared, so we could immediately switch off and enjoy the stay. Even small details such as fresh towels, a tidy kitchen and lovingly decorated rooms have conveyed the feeling of being welcome. Christiano himself was an outstanding host: always available, helpful and pleasantly unobtrusive. He made us feel like we weren't just guests, but really welcome - unfortunately, that's not always the case. The location was also great – quiet, safe and yet well connected. Everything

If I could give this location a 6/5 I would. We felt comfortable and welcomed as soon as we arrived. Bob was so helpful in all things, every day, to make us feel at home. The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed and more. It is very quiet and peaceful but also close to anything you may want to explore. We enjoyed fresh eggs as well as cucumber, zucchini and lettuce from the garden! That was a treat! Bob welcomed us with a bottle of wine from his own vineyard and a bottle of olive oil from his own trees! Such a special touch. I had injured my back in my travels and we lost a day due to the airline but Bob was very sympathetic. He even tried to locate a hot water bottle for my back and eased my concerns by letting me know he had a contact who was a chiropractor. Just the little things that make one feel at ease when so far from home. I can't say enough good things about our amazing stay, despite some really bad luck and an injury, it was wonderful!

Such a great place to stay, easy walking distance and close to shops , eateries , post office. The accommodation was like a home away from home and one night turned into three we loved it that much . Washer / Dryer was a bonus ! The host is lovely and super helpful, replies quickly to messages . Thanks for a memorable stay in your lovely cosy space xx

My partner and I were Gabriella's guests the last week of June and we had a great time! The apartment is very clean and is as it appears in the photos, equipped with everything you need for a great stay! Upon arrival we also found a pleasant welcome surprise consisting of sweet and savory snacks and in the refrigerator a bottle of water and one of wine! Gabriella proved to be helpful in everything, both in recommending places to visit or restaurants to eat, and in terms of check-in and check-out, meeting our many requests. The residence also offers a variety of amenities, such as the pool and bar, so I can only recommend and thank you for this very pleasant experience! 👍👍

The apartment is perfect if you are traveling with a four-legged friend and a strong point is definitely the garden, quiet and well maintained, ideal for relaxing. The house is nicer than in the photos, the hostess very nice and helpful. We felt very comfortable as well as our dogs. In this respect recommended for anyone looking for peace or for families looking for plenty of space. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

I know the review calls out Lidia Francesca’s place, but the true host is the care taker, Franco. Since our arrival time was a bit uncertain, I communicated with Franco who was more than accommodating to meet us when we arrived. The villa is fantastic and Franco made it a point to show us around, and point out what we needed to know. He showed us the vegetable garden and invited us to help ourselves to fresh vegetables. We were a family of 11 and the villa was large enough to accommodate all, as well as offering plenty social space where we could congregate. Our travels through Italy took us to many key areas, but I can say that our visit to Marche, and in particular Villa Blasi in Osimo, was a true stand out. Centrally located near other towns of interest to visit within a reasonable drive, and close to the ocean for day trips to the beach made Villa Blasi a perfect resting place. The pool overlooking rolling hills was fabulous. Franco is the perfect host!

We felt at home. In the beautiful centre of Lapedona, you can live like an Italian. Sea view and view of the Marche. The house has everything you need. Beautiful details. Everything is good.

Me and my family had a wonderful stay. The villa had everything you need, both inside and outside - and the surroundings was amasing. The host was very helpful - helped us to book both lunch at a restaurang and a wine tour. Any question that we had, they respondend and help us quickly with a friendly approach. Can really recommend to stay here!

I cannot express enough positive sentiments about Sara and Giacomo. They are exceptionally warm, responsive, and friendly hosts. The house is brand new, modern, and spacious, with every comfort and need thoughtfully anticipated. We were the first guests to stay in this newly finished property and truly enjoyed our time in Le Marche. The house is ideally located on a peaceful, quiet country road, with a view of the ancient city of Osimo in the distance. It is the perfect base for exploring Le Marche, which offers beautiful medieval villages nearby and easy access to the sea. After a long day of exploring, returning to such a comfortable, relaxing, and well-equipped home was wonderful. Sara was always available and extraordinarily responsive to any questions or requests for recommendations. She is truly delightful. It’s clear that Sara and Giacomo want to create something special, and they have indeed succeeded. I highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful countryside villa surrounded by nature. We stayed in 8 friends and a dog and we had a really good time. Large spaces and a really well-equipped house, from kitchen utensils to bbq tools… it's even equipped with some medicinal products for emergencies! You can really have fun in many ways, there is the trampoline, table soccer, tennis court and lots of unusual but super fun board games, especially for large groups of friends! Perfect rooms and bathrooms equipped with everything… really nothing is missing! Unfortunately for the period we were unable to take advantage of the pool and the outdoor tub but we still enjoyed a few hours of sun outside, where even our four-legged friend was able to run free in the lawn. Finally, the owners were really welcoming and helpful in everything... in short, definitely a stay that we feel we can recommend!!

Michele’s apartments are one of the best i’ve ever been to! It was super-clean and cosy where you can feel yourself like home, a lot of space and we fell in love with balcony! You feel it is not just a flat to rent, but really somebody’s home, and it is fantastic! All what you can need is provided and even more! Washing and dishwashing machines, ironboard and iron, air conditioner etc. Location is just perfect - close to the sea and old city, but not in the touristic area, rather residential, but you can reach center in 20 minutes on foot. Parking slots always were available next to the building or 2-3 mins walk (in September). Michele and Beatrice are very communicative and reply to all the questions promptly. We loved staying at Casa Beatrice and if we come again - we will stay there! I highly recommend Casa Beatrice to everyone coming to Senigallia!

The apartment is very well located, very close to the important areas of Ancona, and close to public transport. It is spacious, fresh, very clean and with good furniture. Well decorated. The stay was fantastic. Angela welcomed us during the stay and made us feel at home. She gave us good recommendations, advice and we had a pleasant conversation with her. He was very kind and made our stay fantastic.

Top-notch hospitality, small touches dedicated to the customer very pleasant. Clean and tidy house, equipped with all amenities. Right price. We had a good time. A bit suburban but still within walking distance of the center of Jesi, which is worth a visit.

Luxurious accommodation. We had a family vacation, we all liked it. The apartment owner arranged a transfer from the airport and back for us, which was a necessary convenience for us. Clean, cozy, close to the beach. Recommended 👍

Very nice and accommodating host. The NEWLY renovated apartment is very modernly furnished. Unfortunately, the balcony does not invite you to linger. The TV channels were not set properly, so it was not possible to use it. It took 10 minutes to walk to the beach. This is not recommended in my opinion. I recommend the beaches a little outside as I found them much nicer and more relaxed.

Excellent experience, nice welcome from the host, available, quick communication. The apartment is in the center, easily accessible on foot from those who come by public transport. Lucky you pass the city's feast on the bridge. A city that is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended apartment and host.

Silvia's place is very spacious and well equipped. It is extremely clean and very close to the city center. Silvia is absolutely a wonderful host - great communication, care and attitude. We'd gladly stay at her place again.
