Welcome to this lovely 65 m2 apartment located in the countryside and close to the city. Less than 10 minutes from Narbonne, 25 minutes from the beaches of Narbonne-Plage or Gruissan, you will find in the charming village of Marcorignan a bakery, a pizzeria and brewery, a grocery store, a pharmacy. The apartment is located within the walls of our accommodation and has an independent entrance. Parking is reserved for you outside the door. It can accommodate 4 people (one bedroom and a sofa bed).

The cottage is located in a wine estate that you can visit. Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

Private accommodation featuring, upstairs, a 200 x 200 cm bed, a walk-in shower, and a whirlpool bathtub. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a sitting area, a separate toilet, and a terrace for outdoor dining. The place doesn't have wifi.
