Welcome to this lovely 65 m2 apartment located in the countryside and close to the city. Less than 10 minutes from Narbonne, 25 minutes from the beaches of Narbonne-Plage or Gruissan, you will find in the charming village of Marcorignan a bakery, a pizzeria and brewery, a grocery store, a pharmacy. The apartment is located within the walls of our accommodation and has an independent entrance. Parking is reserved for you outside the door. It can accommodate 4 people (one bedroom and a sofa bed).

A 5 min de Narbonne, sur Montredon des Corbières. Laissez vous bercer par le chant des cigales dans ce joli studio de 20m², avec sa terrasse privative. L' hote vous accueille chez lui , mais l'accés est indépendant. Le local vous est entièremnt dédié, lit en 140 , clim, TV, WIFI , cuisine équipée , salle d'eau avec toilettes. Linge fourni. Vous pouvez garer votre véhicule dans l'impasse gratuitement. Idéal pour vous reposer aprés une visite de la région, ou le travail ,ou une journée à la plage.

Situé à proximité du canal du midi, un gîte familial pour se ressourcer en terres narbonnaises. Charmant gîte de 46 m2 situé au sein de notre résidence familiale, rénovée fin 2021. Nous sommes situés à 2,5 km du Somail, village typique au bord du Canal du Midi (30 min à pied à travers un chemin bordé de vignes). À 3 min à pieds de tous les commerces: supermarché, pharmacie, tabac presse, coiffeur, esthéticienne, laverie et restaurants. Idéal également pour les travailleurs en déplacement!

In a 19th century wine-growing building, this atypical and renovated gîte will welcome you in a beautiful green setting. Ideally located in a quiet village 5 min from Narbonne (Large buffets, historic center), 20 min from the beaches, 1 hour from Spain and 45 min from the city of Carcassonne. This cottage consists of a living room with open kitchen, 2 sleeping areas, a bathroom, a private garden with barbecue, trampoline and a swimming pool from June 1 to share with the owner.
