Tanja's place needs 6 Stars! The studio is perfect for one and cozy for two. The space is well thought out and there's everything you need. The log fire is a bonus on colder days. There are beautiful walks up the byway and across the fields into Biddenden or you can cycle along the quieter roads if you plan carefully. Sissinghurst, Great Dixter, Hole Park and other beautiful gardens are all easily reached as well as pretty towns such as Tenterden, Rye and Cranbrook. Headcorn has a rail station with trains to London, Canterbury, Dover. There's a reliable bus service to Headcorn from Biddenden. Corner shop in Biddenden but nearest supermarket is in Tenterden. There's so much to see and do and after a busy day, the Studio is wonderful to come back to. It's also private and not overlooked but Tanja and partner are welcoming and very helpful if needed. I had an amazing 2 month stay and was sad to leave. Lovely people and lovely place. You can't go wrong with The Studio.

Tanner Farm Coach House was perfect for a longish stay in-between house moves. The super-fast broadband was brilliant for work, which is an essential for me, & on top Christina was also really welcoming and friendly, & has a lovely, caring and fun approach to life in general & to her airbnb guests in particular. The accommodation is quality and the setting on the farm is very charming. Loved it ! 100% recommend.

so beautiful the pictures don't do it justice really calm environment. stylish and practical. excellent pub across the street with good food and community feel. good comfortable furnishings and well heated and cooled. a great base to see the local area. also wonderful garden

Surpassed our expectations, was bigger than i imagined and the location on the property was perfect. As it stated the sheep farm and gardens were out of bounds I wasn’t sure if we’d be tucked away with no real view and feel penned in but that was not the case at all. The little patio we had extended out into a paddock where a few sheep with their lambs were held, there was a small fence so we had ample views across the field and beyond and the sheep actually came up to the fence to see us. We could watch the bunnies in the next field and saw a kestrel and ducks frying above. At dusk we were treated to the little bats flying around right in front of us. To the left we also had a view of the garden. The little barn was separate from the house and very private, lovely and peaceful. The host was friendly and helpful and gave us details of an excellent Indian that delivered to the property. Would highly recommend if you want a nice peaceful break in a lovely countryside setting.
