What a beautiful location! It is a unique and characteristic building, where we immediately felt very comfortable. It has a wonderful garden with a private swimming pool, which is a real treat. Our daughter, just 1 year old, could learn to walk in the garden 🙂 The accommodation is in the small village of Roucy, from where you can drive up the champagne route and into the beautiful surroundings. We have enjoyed very much and would love to come back again. Thank you Régine!

Beautiful stay in picturesque Champagne! This place is 5 minutes out of the Eppernay city center and situated right on top of a vineyard and beautiful pool. The space inside is very well-done, beautiful, and equipped for a beautiful stay in Champagne. Julie is responsive and kind - will definitely stay again when visiting the area!

We had a great stay thanks to Adèle. The house is perfect for hosting several families with children. Everything is well thought out and the large garden with the volleyball court is a real plus! Thanks again to Alain for his hospitality and flexibility.

We loved our stay with Maryline. She was very welcoming and the house was beautiful! We loved the little decor touches that Maryline brought, it was done with great taste. The hot tub, foosball, and billiards were great too! I will be back with great pleasure because we had a great weekend in this little corner of heaven!

A beautiful accommodation. The beds were just a little small for us?( Queen size?) Manon was very friendly and always responded quickly to inquiries. Small gifts sweetened our arrival. Great quiet area and wonderful view of the sunset. It was a great time, thank you 🫶🏼

This place was perfect for our stay in Epernay. It is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed.

We spent 3 nights at Eric’s Airbnb and had a wonderful time. The outdoor space is the perfect place to relax at the end of the day and the apartment was very clean, comfortable and well done. Location was great as well and easily walkable to the avenue of champagne

Very clean and fresh accommodation! Large and spacious with everything practical you could possibly need! Super nice hostess and it was very easy to check in and out! I'd love to come back. It takes just over 10 minutes to walk down to town and it's nothing! Quiet and safe area. Everything was clean and fresh and it was practical with garage space. Will definitely be returning!

Maud and Simon were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The house was well situated in the city close to everything and we enjoyed staying there.

Céline is a very nice host! She was great in communication and we could always contact her for information about the house, questions or surroundings. She had very clear instructions about the house. The house was very clean and perfect for 4 friends. Would recommend.

A short one-night break in Anthony's accommodation. The accommodation is very well located, easy to access and convenient for parking, tastefully decorated and above all very clean. 2 separate bedrooms for more comfort, bedding ok with bed linen that smelled good. We just missed the shampoo and shower gel but we had been forward-thinking. Address to remember for a future visit to this corner of Champagne 🥂

Well equipped kitchen. Appears recently renovated. Everywhere clean. Lovely terrace to relax in at the end of a day sightseeing. Superb house guide book with lots of recommendations . We added a lot of extra stops to our plans and were so pleased we had done so. We truly felt we had seen the best spots nearby that we would otherwise have overlooked. Restaurant recommendations were plentiful. We tried Le Marot in Pierry for a late lunch. Popular with locals. Lots of local food and, of course, champagnes. Visited the nearby Lecomte Pere et Fils champagne house for a tasting. Very friendly staff and delicious champagnes. Highly recommend the house and area. Perfect location for exploring Epernay and surrounding area. Diane was very friendly and was quick to reply to questions.

A great weekend stay with friends in a beautiful house in the middle of greenery. The house has a lot of character, each room is properly arranged. All the amenities are available for a great stay I recommend living 😊

Raymond was a wonderful host, very helpful and very friendly and hospitable. The location itself was beautiful in the middle of nature with animals. Very nice and neat rooms, in short everything was perfect. We will definitely come back!

We booked Sandrine's place for two nights. Hautvillers is a beautiful village and the cottage was centrally located between a lot of champagne farmers and in the morning it is a 3-minute walk to the bakery. The terrace is blissful to enjoy breakfast in the morning while admiring the view. I would recommend everyone to come here! We'll definitely be back 🤩

Beautiful house, perched at a height so with a lovely view of the countryside as well. Everything was a promised in the listing, it’s a beautiful house, nice amenities, and we had a fun and comfortable stay. Really nice pool as well! Strongly recommended if you’re looking for a peaceful luxurious stay while being able to visit a champagne house in the region.
