Lovely house, clean well equipped. Great outdoor space for an evening drink and supper.Very quiet, nice village and walks. Really comfortable bed. The house was a great base for a visit to the champagne region . Angelique was an excellent host. We enjoyed tasting her Champagne.

Great place to stay with a beautiful garden, tidy environment, space for a car in a lock-up yard. As we were in June, we were able to feast on the cherries growing in the garden which was a great bonus. Everything was very neat and clean, everything is thought of - the house has conditioners in every room, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, fully equipped kitchen, everything was very good. Very close to Epernay as well as being close to La Champenoise run, kaa was a 3 minute walk. The hosts are very kind and responsive.

Beautiful location, spacious and equipped with all necessities. Would choose this again if we were going with a group. Also did the champagne tour with Nathalie, expert explanation and even a 43 year old champagne to taste!

We had a great stay in Reims in this accommodation despite the lack of sun. We really enjoyed the pool heated to 28°C and the jacuzzi. The apartment is really very well equipped (board games, books in particular) and tastefully decorated. We found everything we needed available, which makes the stay very pleasant and convenient. In addition, the location is ideal and allows you to not use the car (you have to look for a place, but as mentioned the adjacent streets are free). Diana was very responsive. We can only recommend this place.

we had a fantastic time at the place of Sébastien and Marine. very friendly people, super quiet location, very nice garden (fan of the badminton grounds☺️), everything was great. I would recommend it to anyone!

We had a great stay. Elsy very kindly met us to provide the keys to the apartment. The location is perfect and very peaceful. Close to many places of interest. We look forward to returning in the future.

Nice accommodation in the cozy village of Äy-Champagne. Various well-known large and small-scale champagne houses within walking distance. You don't have to walk far for fresh bread and delicious pastries, and there are also several good restaurants nearby. The accommodation is spacious and tidy. The kitchen is equipped with all essentials. There was even a delicious bottle of champagne and delicacy from the patisserie waiting for us on arrival! The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are fine. With children, the stairs are a bit of a style, so we barricaded it in the evening with some furniture ;-) All in all, super nice stay!

Super nice and helpful with lots of tips on restaurants and champagne houses. Cathy met us in person and showed us to the garage. The apartment is very centrally located with grocery stores around the block and Avenue de Champagne within a few minutes' walk. Highly recommended❤️

This apartment has a fantastic location. Many restaurants and cafes within a 2 minute walk. The cathédrale, Reims train station and multiple tram stops are also within easy walking distance. The apartment is on the top floor of a renovated mansion. Clean, quiet and intelligently designed. Note that the bed is lofted, accessible by retractable ladder, so people with mobility issues may find this a challenge. The building itself is safe and there isn’t too much street noise at night despite the building being in the center of downtown. A great place for either a couple or a solo traveler.

An excellent stay! The apartment was impeccable, perfectly in line with the description, comfortable, clean and very well located. Nathalie was extremely pleasant, responsive and available throughout the stay and in a good mood, which really made my arrival and settling in easier. I highly recommend this accommodation and will not hesitate to come back!

Emmanuel was extremely responsive and helpful. The unit was in great shape and perfectly fit our needs. It is on a side street that is quiet and peaceful, but it is less than a 5-minute walk to numerous restaurants, patisseries, boulangeries, fromageries, charcuteries and even a biscuiterie. Wonderful home base for a vacation in Reims!

It was a great stay! Everything is within walking distance in Reims. Kenza helped me very nicely with what to do in Reims and gave me tips. The car could easily be parked in the parking garage and was also within walking distance of the cottage. Recommended to anyone visiting Reims or the champagne region.

We loved our weekend in this apartment - wished we could have stayed longer. Balcony was perfect for evening drinks and location within walking distance of the Cathedral, restaurants and bars and, crucially for us, several champagne houses! Olivier was a great host with lots of proactive communication. He informed us that the shutters were stuck and I was concerned that this would make the room really hot, so he put fans in the rooms, which definitely helped when it was 30+C outside. V secure method for getting keys and entering the property. Would love to return - will definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Reims.

Perfect accommodation right along the Ave de Champagne, so clean with the most amazing view from the balcony of the avenue and vineyards, Jean Louis had a lovely cold bottle of champagne waiting for us on arrival which was a lovely touch, I will be staying here again the next time I am back in Epernay
