Bra boende nära restauranger och centrum. Sköna sängar. Smidigt med privat parkering.

Lovely house, clean well equipped. Great outdoor space for an evening drink and supper.Very quiet, nice village and walks. Really comfortable bed. The house was a great base for a visit to the champagne region . Angelique was an excellent host. We enjoyed tasting her Champagne.

Lielisks mājoklis ar skaistu dārzu, sakoptu vidi, vietu automašīnai aizslēdzamā pagalmā. Tā kā bijam jūnijā, varējām mieloties ar dārzā augošajiem ķiršiem, kas bija lielisks bonuss. Viss bija ļoti kārtīgs un tīrs, par visu padomāts - mājā ir kondicionieri katrā istabā, 2 vannas istabas, 2 tualetes, pilnībā aprīkota virtuve, viss bija ļoti labi. Pavisam netālu Epernay, kā arī mums bija svarīgi, lai ir tuvu La Champenoise skrējiena vietai, kaa bija 3 minūšu pastaigas attālumā. Saimnieki ļoti laipni un atsaucīgi.

Mooie lokatie, ruim en van alle benodigdheden voorzien. Zouden dit zo weer kiezen als we met een groep zouden gaan. Ook de champagnetour met Nathalie gedaan, deskundige uitleg en zelfs een 43 jaar oude champagne kunnen proeven!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Reims dans ce logement malgré le manque de soleil. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine chauffée à 28°C et le jacuzzi. L'appartement est vraiment très bien équipé (jeux de société, livres notamment) et décoré avec goût. Nous avons trouvé tout le nécessaire à disposition, ce qui rend le séjour très agréable et pratique. De plus, l'emplacement est idéal et permet de ne pas utiliser la voiture ( il faut chercher une place, mais comme mentionné les rues adjacentes sont gratuites). Diana a été très réactive. Nous ne pouvons que recommander ce logement.

we hadden een fantastische tijd op de plek van Sébastien en Marine. heel vriendelijke mensen, super rustig gelegen, hele mooie tuin (fan van het badminton terrein ☺️), alles was dik in orde. ik zou het iedereen aanraden!

We had a great stay. Elsy very kindly met us to provide the keys to the apartment. The location is perfect and very peaceful. Close to many places of interest. We look forward to returning in the future.

Julie nous accueille chaleureusement et s'est adaptée à nos horaires qui ont du changer. L'appartement est superbe, très joliment décoré, très propre, vraiment parfait. c'est à proximité du centre ville, la localisation est top. nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Fijne accommodatie in het knusse dorpje Äy-Champagne. Diverse bekende grote en kleinschalige champagne huizen op loopafstand. Voor vers brood en lekkere patisserie hoef je niet ver te lopen, en ook zijn er verschillende goede restaurants in de buurt. De accommodatie is ruim en netjes. De keuken is uitgerust met alle benodigdheden. Er stond zelfs een heerlijke fles champagne en lekkernij van de patisserie voor ons klaar bij aankomst! De slaapkamers zijn ruim en de bedden liggen prima. Met kinderen is de trap wel wat stijl, dus wij hebben die ‘s avonds gebarricadeerd met enkele meubels ;-) Al met al, super fijn verblijf!

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement très propre, pratique et confortable. Jean Paul est très serviable et attentionné. Un bonheur !

Great place. Just be aware that the two bedrooms are basically one room. Great for families with kids.

Supertrevlig och hjälpsam med mycket tips om restauranger och champagnehus. Cathy mötte oss personligen och visade oss till garageplatsen. Lägenheten ligger mycket centralt med matbutiker runt kvarteret och Avenue de Champagne på några minuters gångavstånd. Rekommenderas varmt❤️

Muy Lindo departamento en pleno centro de Epernay, mejor ubicación imposible!. Ideal para visitar la zona de Champagne por unos dias!

This apartment has a fantastic location. Many restaurants and cafes within a 2 minute walk. The cathédrale, Reims train station and multiple tram stops are also within easy walking distance. The apartment is on the top floor of a renovated mansion. Clean, quiet and intelligently designed. Note that the bed is lofted, accessible by retractable ladder, so people with mobility issues may find this a challenge. The building itself is safe and there isn’t too much street noise at night despite the building being in the center of downtown. A great place for either a couple or a solo traveler.

Un excellent séjour ! L'appartement était impeccable, parfaitement conforme à la description, confortable, propre et très bien situé. Nathalie a été extrêmement agréable, réactive et disponible tout au long du séjour et avec une bonne humeur, ce qui a vraiment facilité mon arrivée et mon installation. Je recommande vivement cet hébergement et je n’hésiterai pas à revenir !

Emmanuel was extremely responsive and helpful. The unit was in great shape and perfectly fit our needs. It is on a side street that is quiet and peaceful, but it is less than a 5-minute walk to numerous restaurants, patisseries, boulangeries, fromageries, charcuteries and even a biscuiterie. Wonderful home base for a vacation in Reims!

Het was een super verblijf! Alles op loopafstand in Reims. Kenza had me heel fijn geholpen met wat er allemaal te doen is in Reims en mij tips gegeven. De auto kon makkelijk in de parkeer garage en was ook op loopafstand van het huisje. Aan te raden aan iedereen die Reims of de champagne streek bezoekt.

We loved our weekend in this apartment - wished we could have stayed longer. Balcony was perfect for evening drinks and location within walking distance of the Cathedral, restaurants and bars and, crucially for us, several champagne houses! Olivier was a great host with lots of proactive communication. He informed us that the shutters were stuck and I was concerned that this would make the room really hot, so he put fans in the rooms, which definitely helped when it was 30+C outside. V secure method for getting keys and entering the property. Would love to return - will definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Reims.

Perfect accommodation right along the Ave de Champagne, so clean with the most amazing view from the balcony of the avenue and vineyards, Jean Louis had a lovely cold bottle of champagne waiting for us on arrival which was a lovely touch, I will be staying here again the next time I am back in Epernay
